Not really colored folks style however the selection is large. It is $$$ however they do have good sales. Bought my husband some shoes. My mom got a pair. There was not much help for customer service around. The store carry brands that Shoe Show the majority colors shop doesn't have. There is a difference in Shoe Show and Shoe Station.

They have a large selection of inventoryBut I rather touch on the customer service my friend has a vision impairment and couldn't receive the she needed and they seemed to mock her and her husband. Be careful you don't know who you might need help from. I certainly hope they get better customer service at this location .

Employee didn’t even answer my question just nodding the head at me ok that’s helpful. Have a lot of shoes none that I was looking for. The kids section is very limited.

Me & my son visited this store last night. I spoke (2) two employee & they was No help & didn’t know anything. Also, I was discussed when the young man with the dreads he was showing his royal blue underwear. This is an embarrassing to the store & my son besides other customers. Who wants help from anyone with there pants down. I will not be visiting this store anymore. The security guard was on his phone. Poor, poor services on both end.

Really great store. The Mr found him 3 really great pairs of shoes to wear. It is hard to find wide shoes for him and he found just what he was looking for. I even found a wallet that holds all my cards.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the inventory inside the store. The customer service is not up to standard. A group of associates were at the counter I asked could someone assist me in getting a pair of shoes from the top shelf. Well I waited around 8mins no one ever came to help. I walked out and neither of them asked if I found anything or have a good day nothing. I should not have expected it because I wasnt greeted walking in either.

It was hard finding my daughter a good flat dress shoe for a few reasons. There where shoes all over the floor and out of place in other areas. Luckily we located a worker and she was willing to be helpful though I saw the hesitation. The 4 stars are for her helping. She found what we wanted and put another shoes up for us.

I had a great experience. The saleslady was absolutely wonderful. I am sorry I didn't get her name but she was an African American lady that took a lot of time helping me today. I did find what I wanted thanks to her assistance. It was on sale. I checked out and got out in a timely manner in the Ridgeland store about 2:00 pm today.
