Very rude, hysterical clerk crashes into the bathroom when I was using it yelling and saying get out. I would have charged him with assault it I had not been so relieved to use the facilities. Best to avoid the threats or bring a witness when you get assaulted.

They don't allow you to buy scratch off lottery tickets with a card ! I stopped here to buy gas and other items and decided to buy 2 scratch off tickets. The cashier was rude and said no card for tickets. I did not have cash so I didn't purchase them. I stopped at another shell down the road and had no issue purchasing tickets with a card. I will not be stopping here anymore.

Fantastic BBQ! Sauce is great too. If you don't need gas, stop here for food! Freshly off the grill around 11 AM. I like their quick breakfast options too. A surprise for a service station!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! A few days ago my parents took their Lexus here to have a pump replaced. There wasn't anything else wrong with their car. No smoking, no sounds, and it could be driven. Immediately after they retrieved their car, the car was smoking, had loud sounds coming from the engine, and wasn't able to be driven. They took their car back to Shell this morning only to be told that something is wrong with their ignition and it's not their responsibility. They offered her a discount to fix it when in fact it was their fault. I called the Manager and he gave me an analogy that if a painter was painting a house and a light bulb went out, it wouldn't be his fault. How dare he give this sad excuse of why the car has more issues after it has been serviced by their mechanics. Besides the Manager not willing to listen to my concerns, he was very angry when asked what was the mailing address so that the owner can receive correspondence. He specifically told me that he can no longer talk to me about my mother's car. The owner, Neil Wolf, should be willing to provide customers with quality service and ensure them that their cars will be in tact even after being serviced by his mechanics. Their quality of mechanics is a disservice to our community.

Fabulous, friendly, fast and affordable service! Went in to have my Tahoe's oil changed and get everything checked for a road trip - they had it all done in less than 30 minutes without trying to sell me things I didn't need like so many other places that have taken 5 times as long and cost sooooo much more! I highly recommend going to Colonial Shell, a family owned & operated business that truly cares about the customer! Definitely worthy of FIVE STARS!!!
