“Excellent transaction from start finish. The reason for 4 stars is because it is a poorly designed facility which makes the gate extremely difficult to enter and exit with a trailer. Might even make me consider not using this facility because of this as it is almost impossible to maneuver without damaging your vehicle or trailer. A few gate issues with the code but customer service was reasonable with response.”
“It is a diamond in the rough honestly at first glance it looks a lot more rough but the new property manager Miss Sophia and her property maintenance team have been working hard to bring the diamond out and in a short few months I've seen a large improvement also she's has always been very helpful and a pleasant person the business”
“Much can be said about moving organizations that keep their customers in mind. My experience at this location was quite pleasant. I had many questions, and lots of options to choose from. What helped me most was the customer service that I received from Miss Cain. Her sunny disposition let me know that I was in a great U-Haul location to get the help that I needed. I observed how professional she was in handling a distressed customer. She kept calm and never missed a beat. I look forward to working with her in the future as she proved that she cares for her customer needs. This may be a small location, but they operate like a large one! Great job!”
