Ms.monica, Ms.dun & mr. Kelvin worse management they treat all their employees differently they got favorites they don’t do their job right and they will belittle you and team up against you like u the bad person I used to work there and got fired cuz I spoke my truth to them and told me I couldn’t come back because they knew I was telling the truth because Monica is two faced and play like she dont say nothing about you and they fired my cousin for requesting days off and they didn’t want to approve it but approved everybody else’s and wen he called to see why he got fired they teamed up on him and said they didn’t approve his request that he requested a week prior , so what’s the point of requesting days off if they won’t approve it , they been picking on him about every little thing they only pay 8.50 a hr but work you like a dog I wouldn’t recommend going there Monica would talk about other people but she give her family member discounts every time they come in the store she’ll wear headphones while on the clock but fired me for having mines before clocking in they such hypocrites Ms.monica , Ms. Dunn , and mr. Kelvin all bad managers and mr kelvin is such a yes man some things he don’t be wanna do and say but watever them ladies tell him to do some he go jumping on they side even wen they wrong and working there they make the schedule day by day so u don’t kno wen u working they’ll give u 3-5 days off back to back so you won’t be getting much hours from them but get mad wen somebody wanna request days off ??????

These people stereotyped me as soon as I came in and I can tell you right now I had enough money in my pocket to buy probably everything I mean whatever the whatever I want it in the store.After waiting 30 minutes to check out in line when I get to the cashier she says “oh you’re gonna have to go to register one now because this is my last. This is my last customer“ so I go to register one and there’s like two and there’s like 10 people back in line , I had a bag of chips that I had opened up and they made a huge deal about me paying for it but I tried to pay for it but I can’t. I’m not gonna sit in line and be stereotyped. They are racist, rude, and ignorant and disrespectful. I will never ever ever ever ever go back in the stores I as long as I live, I don’t care if they’re the last store on earth,they can all go to hell.

As soon as you walk threw the door you are stereotyped. Even though you have money to buy wat you need they will make you so uncomfortable following you around the store. And if you call them on it they get mad at you. I think the manager had her boyfriend there today, who is a JPD officer, so when they get the grief from us for following us around the store. The manager boyfriend (JPD officer) started trying to provoke him by staring him down and holding his gun, just cause he the police. Trying to give a young black man a reason for him to shot him. So when shopping here just know you might be stereotyped and followed, even when you have given them a reason too. Maybe if I have cam in and you have seen me stealing before, watch me, are you got some video of me stealing and remember my face then yes by all means do you job, but wat other reason did you have to assume I am a thief and you need to watch me like that , but nothing gave them that reason, stealing, never done it disorderly conduct on The property never done it, you just watching us cause we young and black. This is a very uncomfortable place to shop mind you I have been shopping there for the kas3 years since moving to the neighborhoo, but as of today one customer lost.

I went to Roses which is honestly one of my favorite stores, my issue is that they have a lot of prices around the store that they are NOT honoring when you get to the check out counter. The products will ring up as a different price other than the one they have advertised on the shelf where the products are located. And no they will not change it, why are you advertising prices you won’t honor?????

I was so excited it made it to this side of town! I had no idea it would be so big ! The employees were nice and helpful. A child made a mess and it was taken care of quickly. I had questions and i was helped! One of my favorite locations!

I've been shopping at Roses, every since I was toddler! Products are great, but why are so many items on the shelves with no prices? This just, spoils the shopping experience.

Great prices. Long lines, only one register opened. If you go to Pearl all registers are open. They only do us like this because it’s in the hood. The employees don’t wear mask and it is a hot spot for Covid.

Prices are great but the staff needs improvement. I went there to find a window air conditioner and after I finally found them I had to get a smaller one than I actually wanted because I couldn't find no one there to help me load the one I really wanted into my cart for it was on the top shelf and very heavy.

Good morning, I'm writing to inform you of the very poor customer service that I received or lack there of on 6/1/2021 at Rose's in Pearl at approximately 11:40 this morning. I entered the store to purchase a couple of packs of the AAA Energizer batteries and a sprite. Initially I stood in line by electronics and was informed by another associate to move to register #2. At register #2, there was a female wearing pink braids(first red flag). I'vei said in line at register #2, the female states that she's closed. I informed her that I was told to move to her lane and she again repeats,"well... I'm closed." I think this issue could have been resolved in a way more professional manner than it was and she could most certainly use additional training on customer service. I did not appreciate the way I was talked to and I will be contacting a store manager and corporate. Word of mouth determines a lot these days and reviews definitely play a major role in a company's successes and failures. In the future I hope she's reprimanded so that no one else gets the lack of cyst service as I. Respectfully, A disrespected customer
