Yesterday I went by and service wasn't as good as my last 2 visits. The atmosphere was a bit unprofessional. I ended up going to another shop to have the work done. Unfortunately, Based on yesterday's experience I wouldn't reccomend the shop to anyone.

These people are true heroes! I came in with a LOT on a Saturday an hour before they closed and they were so incredibly kind and helpful!!! We're so far away from home and were directed to RimTyme almost immediately when we started calling around needing specific repair <3 it's clear how much of an impact they make on the community, I know they saved our trip 😭❤️ they went above and beyond to help us and we're so grateful 🙏

We are from out of state and ended up in a bind over the weekend.
Eddie did his best to make sure we were taken care of and safely on our way home. Excellent, honest service, sound advice. They were done pretty quickly, and it was affordable.

The absolute worst!!! Lost mine and all my families buisness. All they are is crooks went in paid 1000 down and setup payments high enough to pay it off before the interest started. Called a few weeks ago and was told that I only had 1 payment left. Well after that payment was drafted I called to make sure we were all squared away and the tell me I owe 1500 because I didn't pay it off before the interest. After we set everything up and I paid 1000 down to avoid this!! I will never use them again and I'm going to make damn sure everyone knows how crooked they are. Signed a pissed off ex customer. Update:: was told to email the service center at my earliest convenience did that and have t heard nothing! This place is a joke to fullest! I'm telling you stay away from it there's other options online to order and make payments on rims and tires. I wish I would have went a different route. Lesson learned for sure

Rimtyme in jackson ripped me off for 1500 dollars I payed 1500 down on my wheels and tires 380 a month never late called got my pay off they told 890 dollars ruffley 2 notes and some change I payed that I called them to get a balance and they said I owe them 1500 dollars now they are saying it went past a no interest amount of time but that's why I payed so much down and almost 400 Dallors a month and they helped figure that as well so if you don't want to get ripped off stay away from rimtyme the more I check around more people saying they where done the same way they even told me that they would make it go away today for 1000 dollars

Every time I go to these guys they ALWAYS are efficient and diagnose my issue. I never feel like they try to get over on me being that I’m a single woman with a sports car. I would definitely recommend. My mom and I were in and out within the hour.

Rimtyme has my business. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone is very polite and funny. The lady manager helped me get financed and I decided on some rims and got them on in no time. Thanks to the tech in the back and all the Rimtyme Jackson team. Great experience.
