The owner is awesome! This gentleman is in dire need of reliable mechanics who he can trust to not only to work in his shop but to manage it as well while the owner is away running errands or paying off bills for the shoppe.

I was going to bring my truck here to get the air conditioning looked at. After walking into the office to speak with the manager about when to bring it in. I'll be honest; I know how a shop is supposed to be run, I worked at a Chevrolet dealer for a few years as a service advisor. The office they had me standing in smelled so bad that I could barely focus on the conversation, and it was an absolute mess. I decided there was absolutely no way I would let my truck be touched by this place. If you can't even keep the inside of your own building in shape; you can't work on anything of mine.

Have used them several times over the last few years, especially the last month and never had an issue until today.. the “manager” with majority of his teeth missing (I do not know his name) is INCREDIBLY rude.. last week I called to ask a question about my truck, and then I jokingly asked if a certain mechanic was single they laughed and said no and we both laughed and I said I was joking and after I got my auto answer, we said bye have a good day etc.. no hostility, no awkwardness… nothing unusual at all… well today I called up there to ask one of the other mechanics that I had previously conversed with about doing audio work on the side, and when I asked if that mechanic is busy, the managers response was “WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE!” In an EXTREMELY RUDE MANNER And I said “oookay, I just need to ask him a question when he’s not busy about an audio job” and he snapped “well he will have to do it while he’s not workin here” and I said “I know that, that’s why I asked if he was a Available to speak so I could ask him” and apparently the manager handed said mechanic the phone, and he pleasantly agreed to a day/time for the audio hook up after 5. If it wasn’t for the mechanic bein a good mechanic and really nice guy, I would rate a 0 star if possible because of how rude the “manager” or man with barley any teeth is. It really makes me not want to spend another dime there… also, last week when I was there to get a tailgate handle installed and bulbs put in, he quoted me $85 just for the handle installation and went on and on about how it’s more everywhere else, and I told him that was fine, my friend Brand Dennis owns Dennis and Mcree automotive a couple streets over and would do it for little of nothin…. Few minutes later, the toothless man “manager?” Can up to me and told me he could do the handle AND the 3 bulb installations, and out in a ground wire for $45. “He just had to Jack the price up bc the big boss was there, you know” …. I found that pretty sketchy for a shop to raise prices 50% than what the work is actually worth and what they actually accept as reasonable amount for work done.. seems very dishonest. Also the ground wire they installed was done incorrectly, a REAL mechanic looked at it, and pointed out how it wasn’t shaved down, wasn’t connected to the correct part, and had burn marks on the panel behind it. It was done half butt and looks beyond sub par, and extremely un professional. Above everything, the “manager” the man with very few teeth, is an absolute joke, and the total opposite of any definition of the word professional. You do not speak to paying customers the way he did… I will not spend another dime in that shotty junk pile, but I would pay the good mechanic, Colton, to work on my truck, as long as a single cent did not go to that “business”. The “manager” also told me that day they were doin my tailgate handle and bulbs and ground wire that when someone has an attitude with him “he’s gonna be an even bigger a$$hole To them then they are to him” and rambled on about it, further proving his lack of customer service and professionalism. This place of business is a JOKE. Only reason I gave two stars is bc of single handedly, Colton being so nice and being a good mechanic.Service: Electrical

Took my truck there after 5 weeks they mixed up my truck with another customers. I got almost 5 miles of driving from my truck before it broke down. Their transmission guy is never around and when I asked for someone to talk about a refund that person wasn't available either. I would only recommend this shop to my worst enemy.Service: Transmission

If you take your vehicle here you are crazy! This place is a scam and ripped me off big time. Charging someone 200 dollars more than the dealership would to do a job. A Kia alternator is not 500 dollars! They are stone cold liars and rip-off artist. You can buy one at Autozone for 159.99 and Midas and Firestone would have them 300 and out the door for 558. They charged me 770 to do this job. Insanity! Buyer beware!

We took our car to another repair shop to have the AC repaired. They told me it would be around $1100.00 to repair it. We came to Reeder’s and they repaired it for $125.00. Very honest good hearted people.

Long story short, we were moving from MD to TX when my battery light came on while on the highway. We were referred here by Autozone. Instantly determined it was a bad alternator, could have been a really bad scene. Traveling with 3 kids, a cat and a van packed with our belongings. They dropped what they were doing, ordered the part and kept the job to about 2 hours. We all know alternators are not quick fixes. The owner, the mechanics...all so kind and understanding. I broke down in tears from the stress of it all. They were awesome!!!!

I took my car to the dealership because I was smelling oil burning. They told me I needed several things replaced which total $986.40. I wanted a second opinion, and I remembered my mom had used them about 20 years ago. So I took my car to them, I gave them the whole run down. He told me to leave my car with them and a few hours he told me exactly what was wrong. And wasn't nearly what the dealership told me. He ordered my part a few days later I took my car back in the morning, and after lunch I had my car back. As a woman I am truly grateful that there are still honest people in this business. Not looking to take advantage of women. I will be using them for all my automotive needs. Thank you so much
