Huge ultra modern convenience store. Always clean with fast, friendly staff. They have order kiosk for fast food. They also have packaged and hot fast food that is self serve too. They do have fresh fruit and healthy food. Donuts, every kind of coffee and drinks. The bad thing the only entrance is off Adkins road. Outside on the Adkins side is a station with filtered water and ice for your own cups and ice chests. I didn't see the air, but every QT has air somewhere.

We’ve enjoyed QT and have been happy to see them in Jackson. My daughter was just there to get gas and couldn’t pump her gas without someone coming up trying to pump her gas and get money from her. She was scared to death and didn’t know what to do. She literally couldn’t believe people were watching this happen but no one helped her. We will never be back unless you can do a better job with security.

This place is a Very clean establishment.It has Clean restrooms and very friendly people.They also sell gas a diesel at a fair price.One of the best things I think is the free air for tires.All in all they get a 5 out of 5 from me.

I was traveling through, saw a QT sign. So I stopped to fill up, grab some coffee, use the restroom. It’s 5:30am on a Thursday, btw.So as I walk in, I see people coming out of the restrooms, so I go over..and a QT employee, female, looked to be in her late 40’s, early 50’s, comes running over, gives me this…just nasty, hateful look…and says “that bathroom closed now” and I was confused since I just watched people come out of there. She then pulls some sort of “barrier” tape and says “it’s closed”. I chuckled at this very obvious attempt to “show me” or whatever their personal issue was….Well, first off. This barrier tape isn’t going to stop anyone at all. It’s literally a safety belt for a door lol you can go under it, over it, do the limbo…etcSecond off, there is no reason to be rude to me. I was quiet, dressed nicely, and as always, wearing a smile. So instead of gassing up, getting coffee and snacks, and using the restroom, I left. I refuse to give my money to any business that keeps rude employees. There are way too many people out there that want and need jobs, that know how to act, and would be grateful to have such an easy job that pays decent. This store just lost about $85 worth of sales from my would-have-been transaction. I’ll give them 2 stars only because they have lots of snacks. But the rude employees are a no-go for any more stars. The only reason I give it 1 star is because the extras you ask for in your mobile order, you don't get it half the time and this only happens with the night crew. Always check your order before you go. Other than these instances this store is amazing and staff will correct if something is wrong. Please get the night shift the training they need so they can make sure that everyone gets what they ask for

When I travel through Texas I usually go to QT because of the variety of items and we’ll kept stores.This location needs to improve in costumer service, cleanliness and constantly having issues with ice.Outside and inside the store their is trash on the floor, Parking lot and pump stations.The neighborhood doesn’t help which anyone can understand, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t do better.

Let me start by saying QT is a breath of fresh Air very clean Store with a variety for us Coffee fans and since it’s so Hot Very Cool refreshing variety of slushie flavors. And the workers are Very Nice!

I went to this location 3 weeks after its opening, it’s decent but I like the Clinton location better. Nothing is working in this location. The icee machines barely worked, and there wasn’t really too much to pick from. I guess the store is just like the city it’s in; ran down and ghetto. I would recommend going to Clinton or flowood .
