This place is crazy. Homeless everywhere and not the down on their luck type. Im talking about the barking at trash cans and tweaking variety. I didn’t see any type of security. Wouldn’t really trust fueling at this location or parking without a padlock on my trailer.

There is nothing more stressful for a professional driver than arriving at a Pilot, after 11 hours driving and finding that the shower application does not work, the person who assists you at the cashier has the worst attitude and desire to work in the world. And you also have to wait in line at a "salon" to say something, without even having any idea how long it will take to be able to take a bath!
I was waiting for someone to tell me if I would finally get a shower, I went to laundry room and found “shower guy” playing on his phone. Funny!
The pilot in general is very dirty, and sewer water everywhere, even in the diesel pumps, you have to cross over the water to get in the shop, everything smells very bad. If you can pass by, turn and stay on the Flying better.

The last time I was here I had reserved a spot but they were all full and trucks that had windown tags days old hadn't been towed or made to move. They let me park by a pump that was shut down. This time I reserved a spot and there were some open just a typical old pilot they are part of the same ghetto. Why do I have to walk thru this nasty smelly filth to get into your store?

The worst truck stop ever. Security wanting to be a police officer. Out on the fuel isle telling drivers they can't park at the pull up line to get their fuel ticket or make purchase. Out in the parking lot telling drivers where they can't park. Even though they weren't blocking anyone or a no park zone. At a certain hour of the night drivers get in where they fit in. This guy had to be taken bribes

I'm in shower 3 and this is not acceptable. I get that things get old but there is no excuse for things being broken and dirty. The lock on the door is broken, the toilet paper holder has been ripped off the wall and the floor is filthy. And a used soaking wet wash clothe was left in the shower. Absolutely disgusting. Poor management is the only explanation for this. Do better
