I was Robbed in this garbage hotel by the owner and the staff, contacted police so I'm honestly praying that they serve extremely large prison sentences over this. Then when you call to talk to someone about this the main company says that they are unable to transfer you to management.
After I filed the police report and did a little digging myself, I found out that the owner and the staff are responsible for doing this to multiple different people, so I'm praying lonh sentences are handed out so that no one else has to suffer like I and other have due to this place and these people.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in no contest. Room dirty, bathroom not fit for human habitation. Could see under front door. HVAC made terrible racket. Half of hotel had burned and was falling in. If I hadn’t prepaid would have stayed there. Would not recommend it unless I intensely disliked person. One star is too many.

PLEASE SHUT THIS HOTEL DOWN WORST SERVICE EVER HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CRACK HEADS EVERYWHERE STAFF IS NOT PRESENT OR ON DRUGS THEY WONT GIVE YOU ANY REFUND ROOMS SMELL LIKE DEATH AND SOILED CARPETS THE OTHER HALF OF THE HOTEL IS BURNED UP ITS BASICALLY ABANDONED AND THEY REALLY CHARGE FOR THIS DISGUSTING PLACE
I lost one day of my reservation because they didn’t have no clean rooms and they told me to come back the next day but my reservation was already paid for and they did not give me a free day number two rooms have crackheads everywhere and roaches there’s 2 dogs just lingering around leaving poop and pee everywhere on the property it’s smells like poop and mold in the room and the office people are on drugs this location needs to be shut down immediately

There was a lot of things wrong with the rooms. Homeless people breaking into the rooms stealing furniture and the manager don’t care about the paying guests but let homeless people stay there for free. The room was nasty and bugs were everywhere getting and the food

I never stayed here but I was doing a delivery order yesterday and they want to be security guard coming out of the office saying some just because I parked over the line a lil bit only because I was trying to go get a pin and honestly security guards that get paid some that’s actually certified would not be working somewhere like here then gone tell me you act like you got a Mercedes Benz I said don’t go there cause you wouldn’t be working at this hotel out of all these employment jobs evidently you can’t get a job no where else then you didn’t even have no security clothes on you had a regular shirt on and some regular shorts all the people I know that’s a security guard would never work there so definitely be careful cause he gone walk up to your car with them guns trying to harrass yall about a little of nothing

Was a great deal for us traveling during our vacation. Got a free night as an ihg member. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and we got a good nights sleep.

The worst hotel ever its filthy, roach infested. Very poor conditions inside and outside. Its unbelievable this place is even aloud to rent rooms out... I will definitely report it to The Better Business Bureau! Such a rip off

Is the such a thing as a negative infinity SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! I CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE BOOKING ROOMS and the is no way the online pictures represent what the deplorable conditions I walked into! Tub had peeling paint black dirt stains, black mold up the wall,the carpet looks like somebody took a cheese grater to it, it reaked of filth! No refund for weeks. Fire, health hazard!REPORT THIS DISGUSTING PLACE.PURE DISGRACE! DONT BOOK! NO COMPLAINT CORP. #, NO WAY THIS IS LEGAL! NO ELEVATOR TO ACCOMMODATE HANDICAP, IT HAD STAINS ALL OVER BED, NO LIGHTS, THE POOR STAFF LEFT TO CATCH ALL THE COMPLAINTS WITH NO REFERRAL NUMBER FOR CORPORATE! One of the worst motels I have ever been across. The service and the place was garbage. We waited for 30 minutes before we were even talked to. The reception looked extremely fishy. Gangsters were roaming all around the parking lot. We couldn’t fathom living there for even a minute and left immediately. I recommend everyone to please steer clear of this place.

This is a disgrace for a hotel dirty nasty room roaches everywhere dirty filthy nasty towels and sheets and pillows holes and the bathroom had empty shampoos and lotion bottles no hot water everything was filthy and not up to part I took pictures of everything
Rooms: Roaches infested everywhere, dirty sheets and towels, holes in sheets, dead roaches in the microwave, used shampoo and conditioner bottles, no tissue
Noteworthy details: I highly don’t recommend
