MJ tires keeps referring people to this location. VERY RUDE AND IMPERSONABLE! They have atleast two dogs roaming around and no one assures you that the dogs are harmless. No friendly “hello welcome to Novelties “ ! I would have rather bought a brand new rim instead of giving them my last. The two women that work the front desk have absolutely no personality to be in a service driven business. Even Napa referred them! I am so upset I have to do business with them. My stomach is in knots! I should have taken it to the dealership. At least they would have greeted me with a smile. Very upset!

Was actually my mom's cat that needed some welding work done. Staff was super nice and friendly. They took a look and got right to work. They fixed the problem in no time and surprisingly for the work they had to do on her car was at a reasonable price. Definitely the only place in Jackson I know that does this kind of work that I'll recommend to anyone. Very nice people

Dropped my rim off early morning. I was told it would be repaired that same day. Called that evening prior to closing. Receptionist was very rude. Said she would call when it was done and hung up.

Very rude on the phone. Asking simple questions, and got hung up on. Very unprofessional and not very Christian like for a company with a cross on the building. Jesus would have done much better!!
