Got a nice car from here motor went out in about Two months and I am still being charged for the car and seen some one else driving it with the rims and all. It still looks nice. I would not advise anybody to do business with these people for any sort. I guarantee you’ll regret and your credit will too..

I bought a used car from here2015. Only two owners 60k miles on it and its running great. Few recalls on it took it to Volkswagen of Jackson free charge. Oil change simple things. Alex was ok normal car salesman. Change my life coming from a 95 honda to a 2012 foreign. Winning! Ps i purchase my tag that Monday morning from buying the car Friday evening.

I was referred to Northview by a friend and the experience has been horrific. I purchased a BMW 750 LI from this lot and have not had the opportunity to drive it a month yet! Mind you I purchased it in July. They sold the car with a bad motor and gave me the run around for two months about the car. Alex Williams is the biggest crook in Jackson. My down payment was $2500 but told me to tell the finance people that I paid 2000. They could never tell me where the $500 hundred went. Also while they were suppose to fix the car things came up missing in my vehicle and no one knows what happened to them. My credit was not horrible and should have followed my first mind instead of trying to support small businesses. However we have teamed up with a few others that have encountered the same experience and are in the process of contacting the BBB and launching an investigation. Please be AWARE of NORTHVIEW AUTO PLEX!

The vehicle I purchased wasn't cleaned, I had to get them to replace the windshield. They never would have a mechanic go over the engine so I could handle anything under warranty. The tires were older than I was led to believe and I had a blowout after two months and I had to replace all four tires within 5 months. They refused to take care of the tires when I bought it. They did take $1000 off of the price. They sold me $800 Gap so that ate that up. Since they refused to go over the engine time and time again, it never got done, the 3 month warranty expired and now I have a radiator leak and a bunch of hoses need to be replaced. Unless your credit is in the toilet, and even then I think you can do better, don't deal with these people. I never will again. Also, my credit isn't that bad, and they charged me 24.9% interest. I had to have a vehicle and since I was trying to sell two, they wouldn't lend me money at a reputable dealership. So live and learn. Try to buy a vehicle with cash and not from these bad credit places cause they take advantage of you.
