I've always taken care of my dog Badger as best as I can on my own. This was the first time I've had to take to a vet to update her shots record and the staff here were very kind and patient with her. I'm glad that this was her first experience with vet care and highly recommend coming here for first time care.

This place is a joke. If you care about your pet absolutely do not bring them here. The building looks condemnable . The drop ceilings are brown from all the water damage, cracks in the window. It hasn’t been updated since at least 1980.I had my dog seen Wednesday just to have labs done so they could compound his medicine. I question if they even have that capability or if it’s just a scam. Its Monday and I’ve yet to hear anything back. Knowing that the medication he’s on can have withdrawal symptoms. I’m disgusted . I will be reporting this clinic to the vet board. They shouldn’t be operating. What a waste of $200. RUN!!

We took our dog here instead of our normal vet for an emergency, because our normal vet was closed. Everyone was so wonderful and helpful. And you cannot beat their prices!! We will only be coming here from now on. Tha k yall for taking such great care of loretta!!

Back in July 2021 we brought an outside cat to Northside Pet Clinic with an abscess that just wouldn't heal. During the animal's evaluation she was diagnosed with Feline Immuno-Deficiency Virus. My son immediately informed the office manager over the phone that we didn't want to spend our limited financial resources on an animal with an untreatable terminal disease and that we thought it would be best to have the animal euthanized. The person on the phone discouraged us from resorting to euthanasia and assured us that with treatment the animal would recover completely and that there would be no great burdens related to her care. Even after voicing our concerns, they insisted on treating the animal. We agreed to this with the understanding that the charges for her care would be no greater than the cost of euthanasia and that after her treatment there would be no extended burden of medical care for this animal. They kept the animal for almost two weeks and at the end of treatment they tried to charge us almost $600.00. Their opportunistic billing was not even the worst issue however as the cat never healed properly. She is a horrible infectious mess and suffering greatly. I don't even trust them to perform the euthanasia that is so clearly needed now. This is such a mess and could have easily been avoided by doing what was necessary in a timely manner. I am very disappointed by the whole situation.

Clinic does provides terrible care to your pets. Do not use this clinic if you care for pet.Even killed my dog, didn’t give me an opportunity to see him prior or after until he was wrapped in a garbage bag and handed to me.
