My experience with Chip was excellent and seamless. Since I do not live near Jackson, Chip did a Facetime walkaround with me and showed me every aspect of the car. Negotiation was straightforward and shipping was easy. I highly reccomend.

I recently purchased a new luxury vehicle from Motorcars of Jackson and I simply dealt with true professionals with the attention to detail and the rigor necessary when dealing with demanding customers and automobile enthusiasts like me . Chip was fantastic with pre-sales advice and Wendy was flawlessly professional with the administrative documents. Together they form the best team possible. I don't live in the USA but they organized everything so that everything was on schedule and my car was transported from Mississippi to Illinois where it was put in a container from Chicago for its next sunny destination on another continent.

Retailing high-end used cars is a boutique industry and it requires specialized skills: high-touch customer service, attention to detail, flexibility, and taste. Chip and Wendy demonstrated all of these in some depth and I'm grateful for their energy and transparency in our efficient interaction. Very disappointed. My friend and I drove there to purchase one of the cars they had. There were workers inside so we knocked on the door and asked if we can look at the cars. This was a Friday at 1:00. The person pointed to the door and said appointments only very rudely. We said we did not see that but since we were all there and they seemed open we wanted to make a purchase. He then pointed to the door again and said no, call to make an appointment and started to close the door. We told him he was being rude and he could care less. We have met the owner before and this was not him. If someone like that worked for one of our companies they would no longer have a job. By the way my friend is a car collector for very high end vehicles. 0 customer service
