A worker was very rude n really just poor service all around. Because my wife has an Indiana I.D n wouldn't sell her an firearm because it's not an Jackson I.D and it's the momentum pawn on terry road today is when this happened . Black people needs to do better

This is the best pawn shop I have ever walked into, I was greeted with a beautiful cheerful smile of a employee name Shay. She was very knowledgeable about everything and made sure I got everything I wanted and asked for. She went over and beyond her job to make sure I was taking great care of and because of her awesome customer service I will be revisiting again. Thank you again Shay

I had an altercation with 3 of the staff at this location. One of the staff threw a remote at me as I was leaving. The current people at this location are very unprofessional date 06/12/2021.

I was there not to long ago and I bought an Ar15 with a broken firing pin and bad Lower and the guy names Westen McDonald was very disrespectful trying to be little me and talk down to me in front of customers because he claimed I tried to sell him a broken gun and then said he can longer do business with me and I’ve spend almost over $10,000 dollars in this place I need answers soon from corporate this is the 2nd time he has done this!!!!

Im never going back their they sold me a xbox one without a serial number and when i went back to lawn it for a loan they said they couldnt take it cause it didn't have a serial number thats the worst place ever to do business with
