Called the department this morning and the lady was rude as I don't know what on the other end. Would not give me her name. Attitude was through the roof. I truly believe if people do not like their jobs, then find another one. Because taking it out on other people is not going to get them anywhere. I was trying to ask a simple question and she kept cutting me off and telling me what I need to do before I could even finish my question.

Serena Johnson is very rude and is even racist. She does not know how to properly do her job and she is unfit to be the director of the health department.

MSDH Data Governance team is un-professional and not helpful. Will cancel tickets without notice, even if you've provided a same day response including any information they've requested. They do not follow up on and respond to emails.

We have these people in these positions in Jackson, Ms that fail to do their jobs, unprofessional and do not follow up on complaints of these establishments that sell/serve food!

If you're not in their click, you can forget about getting a grant from MSDH. It contracts with people who have degrees but who are unqualified and produce substandard work, which is one of the reasons Mississippi's health disparities rates continue to climb.

The morning lady I dealt with was super sweet and helpful; the evening ladies were rude and unhelpful and refused to fix their mistake on my daughter’s 121 form and told me “they can’t fix it” “it’s not their job to fix it” “it ain’t our fault”. Then who’s fault is it?

Incredibly rude on the phone and they don’t know (or won’t say) how much basic services cost without insurance. Very unhelpful and unfriendly.
