The response and assistance that is given to people who really needs assistance is little to none. I've personally left several messages all because no one would answer neither return phone calls. It's not right to be in a position as such and not even care about the community and the needs thereof when money is there to assist. Tables do turn though.

I have been calling and leaving messages since September 3rd trying to have some questions answered regarding the denial of our application for the Homesaver program. I called again today (10/28/22), and for the first time, someone answered the phone on the Homesaver hotline. You would think an organization that is helping distressed homeowners would have someone less condescending and rude answering the phone. I was lectured and scolded for saying, "the girl I previously spoke to" when explaining our situation because I said "the girl" instead of "the person." I was scoffed/laughed at when I was trying to understand the process as to how they reached the percentage for our file. My family has been through a lot, and I've developed pretty thick skin. Even still, I was in tears when I hung up the phone. It's disgusting what MS Home Corp finds acceptable when dealing with fellow Mississippians going through hardship. As stewards of federal funds and a business that's funding is possible through the hardworking tax payers of our country, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

My tenant was approved in July and it is November and we ( the landlord) have : no payment, no response, can’t get anyone on the phone, you can’t go to the office and no help..This is so frustrating and no end in site.. I hope the landlords that accepted the Ramp program won’t get burned..

No one seems to know what is going on with the program. The program is only serving the needs of the tenants and not the landlords. If the landlord loses the property then what good is the program if it’s not paying the landlord what the tenant owes. The tenant owns nothing and Individuals are losing everything because the program is not helping as it was designed to do.

They are looking over apps that have been submitted months ago. By throwing them in review, then never returning to them. People awaiting help for months are still waiting for assistance. Meanwhile new applicants are putting in apps and being funded in 2- 3 weeks.

I submitted my recertification Nov 29 2021 and haven't heard anything since then, I've been trying to reach you all for serveral months now about my Recertification and everytime I talk to someone they always say they don't know. I have even emailed several times through email and through the Ramp account message center. And I have yet to recieve an accurate response. My lights were cut off last month, entergy said no one contact them from Ramp to have my account notated for payment , I also had talked to 3 different agents with Ramp that assured me that they were going to let entergy know. Now the first time I signed up with Ramp I didn't have this problem, but now I'm about to be faced with being homeless, me and my 3yr old and 15 yr old, I am trying to get back on my feet, but this makes things harder for me. Please help...I'm begging. Thank you.

Horrible, they do not help people in need. They just run you around and deny for any reason they can possibly come up with. Their staff isn't educated on the program guidelines, they had us gather several documents and denied us TWICE. I cried on the phone to "Tina" and she's a heartless person. Wouldn't give me her full name or the contact number of her superiors.

Disgusting the way they treat people going through hardship. Put us through application process twice and denied twice on ridiculous stipulations. "Tina" is rude, morally inept send has no business working with the public.

We couldn't help all of the new homeowners that we are able to help without Mississippi Home Corporation. We are thankful every day for the hard work and smart work they do. The programs they offer Mississippians make a huge difference!
