I wish I could give 0 stars. I have been coming to this place for years! A while back I was skipped over during a service. They tried to act like they didn’t know, so I brushed it off as a mistake because I’ve been coming for years. However, today I made it there before they even opened. I stood outside patiently for 30 minutes and was number 4 in line (3rd for a manicure/fill in service). While inside, I waited patiently at the nail table for the first two ladies to finish being serviced. While waiting, Kim finished her pedicure and brought a customer from the waiting area to service his hands. I’m watching in disbelief because I’m literally sitting here in a chair already and blatantly being skipped over. And Kim is someone I’ve gone to for years, knows me, and we always chat it up during services. But today it was as if I wasn’t even there. So I left in attempts to not cause a scene but called and spoke to the manager, Lee. He simply stated why didn’t I sit in a chair further up, and I replied that he was the one who assigned me to chair 5. And regardless, it didn’t matter which chair I was in since I was still at the table, had been there before opening, and this person had just walked in. He literally hung up in my face. I was livid. But I turned around because I needed the name of the color I had picked out. When I returned, Kim didn’t even acknowledge me, offer an explanation, apology, or anything. And again, she and I had always been cool. And Lee just said, “Oh they’ll be done soon.” So I’m supposed to wait after people who showed up after me are serviced? And he still offered no apology or anything. I’m soo disappointed because I’ve literally been coming here for years, and they’re right by my house. And I know me not patronizing them won’t make a difference to their bottom line, but I certainly won’t go anywhere I’m blatantly picked over as if I don’t matter when I’m a loyal paying customer.

Whatever Man sits at booth #4 should NOT being doing nails. My nail is crooked as crooked could be. And he cut me a few times. He was burning me and said Oh I know! This is why I stopped coming before but I like everyone else.. Next time I will wait even if it’s an hour! I will not allow the man at #4 to ever do my nails again I was so upset I didn’t even get a polish.. I was fed up with his none professional work. He filled my nails down without me even asking and by the time I realized it! It was too late.

The guy who sits at #4! is very unprofessional. He did my nails 1 time about 3 years ago and that what made me stop going. I went back 3 weeks ago and i loved my nails done by Anna. then I needed a fill! and happen to have sat at #4 and I should have gotten up but I didn't! my fault! that same guy attempted to do my nails again! HORRIBLE! he was burning me with the drill and he said "Oh I know"! what?? then he cut me and filed down my nails without asking then lengthen I wanted. 1 of my nails he filed tooo much and it's so crooked! I will go back but not to #4!!!

Lucy's Nail an Spa is a place to call home! The best nail place to go in Mississippi!!! Nails stay on for a month till the fill time!

Really good work and reasonably priced. They did a great job with my pedicure and my acrylic nails. The wait times can get long when they get busy so I think they might need more employees I’m not sure. Other than that I had a good experience and would come again.Services: Acrylic nails

When Lucy’s first opened, I loooooooved this nail salon….but it quickly went downhill. The wait time is ludicrous, but it’s not entirely their fault. The ladies who come into the salon…they want these long pointy nails and it takes at least an hour or more to file all of those long silly nails to a point. They also want a different design on every single nail and/or a different color polish on every nail. So, they end up tying up a nail tech for 3 hours. I think the business would flow more smoothly and they would service even more customers if they would take “specialty nails” (ie…long, silly stiletto nails, 10 different designs/colors) by appointment and only on specific days.Service: Manicure

I love this nail salon ! I never have any problem with the staff . And they’re really nice and a lot of times there customers are rude to the staff and the staff is still nice to them . Kim does really good with the eyebrow waxing! Ive never got my nails done there , only my eyebrows . but every persons nails i have seen are beautiful

I called to see how long the wait was and the owner informed me 15 minutes. I got there and they acknowledged me and asked what I was getting done told them a full set and color change to my toes. I waited literally 1 hour and 15 minutes before they told me it was my turn. Understandable. But what got me was after informing me it was my turn I had to wait another hour and 45 minutes this time before anyone started my toes. At that point I wanted to leave because being understanding was out of the question at that time. When they noticed I was about to leave someone came and started on my color change on my toes. After getting my toes done I also had to wait additional 30 minutes to get my nails done. The overall experience was indeed horrible and will not be going back.

Kim that does the pedicures is a big liar, she has certain favor people that she talk to. My big toe got infected because she didn't get the ingrown nail out. She is only friendly to her favorite people. Want talk to me but other. Kim that do nails she is not all of that doing nails. She doesn't listen. I will not go back to this place. All got attitude problems except Henry.. When I say I'm not going b ack that's what I mean. Found a great nail shop that would run circles around themServices: Pedicures
