I've gone only twice so far.The first time with my friend girl to get a nail set and pedicure which was an awesome experience (1st 3 pictures with longer nails). I'm horrible with names, but the lady did our nails that time and she was very friendly, welcoming, and very good at her job. She was really patient when we were trying to figure out our color choice, and asked questions initially to make sure she knew exactly what we wanted.The 2nd time, I went to get a manicure (last 2 pictures with shorter nails). The same lady initially started me off to break down my nails, but switched me to the guy since my old nails weren't read yet and a new customer came in. The guy did good as well. He's much more quieter, but attentive and careful. Like the lady, he made sure to ask questions before starting.I always get special designs, mainly rhinestone designs on my ring finger and so far both times they did well. They were quick, accurate, and seemed to know what they were doing, versus some other places I have gone where they seem to struggle a bitThe place is very homey and relaxing. The only con I feel people may have about it is that they never pick up the phone if you call-most likely because they are busy,-but they will always follow up with a text and are pretty good about responding afterwards. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. I don't get my nails done often, but this is definitely going to be one of my go-to spots

this place is never open on time.... I went this morning and the sign states they open at 9am... they did not open until 1030. the sign clearly states walkins are welcomed but they guy told me today they only go by appts plus he was rude asf! I never get consistent results, sometimes my nails are good and sometimes they are not. I got the same service back to back and one time the guy charged me 75 and the next it was 50.... FOR THE SAME EXACT SERVICE. The lady that works there is nice.

I was impressed the first time .i finally found a nail and spa that. I am satisfied. I didn't have an appointment but they provided the service anyway. The atmosphere is relaxing the workers give you their undivided attention the massage chair is great and relaxing. Not a lot of chatter among the workers over the patrons. I have recommended to others.. Trying to get appointment now. Nails last a long time. I went fathers day weekend and now I need a fill in.Services: Pedicures

Covid precautions in place. Their website does not mention scheduling appointments but they seem to implement appointments on an impromptu basis. Overall service is good.

Do not waste your time or money here! Went in for a simple polish change on my lunch break, and walked out with this mess. The nail technician was too busy looking at her phone to focus and thoroughly take my old polish off. And left red polish residue all over my hands. I would have rather walked around with chipped polish for the rest of the day!

Will not be returning. Two of my nails lifted in a WEEK. I text them to get it fixed and nobody responded so I had to double text. Got a response and then they didn’t text back. My first time here I got a mani and pedi. My pedi was done poorly and when I asked Michelle could she fix it, she was breathing hard about it. I still came back after this because she did the design really nice but like i said, two nails lifted in a week. On my second visit, Michelle’s attitude was disgusting. Never again. I wish I could snatch my tip back from the first time. I don’t recommend at all. They need Eddie back. He was the only cool one there that had quality work. Michelle also over drilled my nails. I wish I could give them zero stars.
