I’m so disappointed in Byrider. The customer service from CNAC and the Mechanic at the Pearl Service Center is good but this my 3rd attempt in 30 days to take my Ford Escape in for servicing for the same issues to not be fixed. My coolant/antifreeze keeps leaking somewhere after the radiator cap being replaced, the reservoir replaced and hose system replaced still a leak because I have to refill antifreeze almost every 24 hours. I called in last Friday after picking up my car from the service center the Tuesday prior with concerns of still smelling burning rubber/oil/engine while driving the car and coolant level dropping below minimum line…they said it could be temperature expanding and pressure releasing but if it keeps causing problems just bring it back in…well that’s just it, I can’t afford to have my car in the shop weeks at a time each time I bring it in to be told there’s no loaner vehicle for my troubles…how am I supposed to get to work or run routine household errands…but yet I am expected to continue to pay for warranty ins. and car note biweekly on time but it is a hassle to have a running and operable car. This is not right. O2 smell that is coming through the car is intoxicating and have my toddler feeling lightheaded or tired after riding in the car.

They are loan shark's in disguise I was only 6 days behind on my note been talking to them the whole time and they put my car up for repo after only 6 days behind!!! All they are doing is taking your money and if they take ur car they will not give it back. They acting like I'm 800 behind...

I wouldn’t recommend this place, great saleman, not so great cars/trucks. Got my car and told them of the issues and they told me to take them in to get them fixed, motor mounts broke, trans slips, roof leaks water whenever it rains, the lights in the car went out, the lights in the trunk went out, the door handles broke and there’s an issue with the control arm, what I was told back, I’ll get a quote for prices for you, but wasn’t it a warranty fix?? They scheduled me past my warranty time because they were (backed up) but that’s not right. Wasn’t my fault not I’m stuck with a lemon for awhile. Thanks byrider!!!

I'm going to give it a 3 star simply because customer service was nice and professional. However, you have to live close to the dealership within 100 miles radius and I live just outside of that, you can't have any other car loans active or current to purchase here even if you have the income to cover multiple loans. Would have been nice to know before driving 2 hours away. They don't take debit or credit cards for down payment.

My car i purchased quit in me and I told them to come get it because I wanted a reliable car not a lemon. I only had the vehicle for about 4 months. When they finally came to get the car they still wanted me to pay for it. Of course I refused to pay for a lemon. Now they are garnishing my wages for a no good vehicle that I don't have. This is the worst place in the world to get a car. They are not a reliable place to get a good running vehicle. . thumbs down
