These apartments had been causing non stop problems, me and my friend have been here for little over 2 months and we have had a broken door, rat problems and now dealing with gnat problems!! And the people that work in the rent office are rude, they never give a valid reasoning as to why all of this happening!! Please don’t move in till you no for sure everything is set in stone.

I wouldn't dare stay in this place you would be wasting your moneyIf you want to stay there then imagine staying at a hourly motel but I actually stayed there for a 2 years I wouldn't even let my granny stay here by herself you can't renovate over rats,roaches,and bats 1595 w highland drive 39204 Jackson MS the lady in the desk is no help she just sits there looking like a big barney

Horrible. Air conditioning doesnt work they say they will fix it but just slap tape on it. Don’t answer the phone. Every week it’s something new with them. first my power kept shutting off i had to keep calling back to back just for them to fix. now it’s my AC it’s been out for 5 days now and it’s very frustrating. Everybody just half doing their job. So i wouldn’t recommend staying here idc if they building new apartments don’t move here. Also the floor is very nasty they do have roaches and sometimes bats .

This was the worst apartment complex I could’ve ever resided in. My apartment wasn’t up to date, the ac unit never worked I told management about it, and they claim to have fixed it but it never was fixed. My apartment unit had roaches, the bathroom wasn’t finished, they painted over everything and my flooring was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anybody that is breathing and living. I also discovered a mice in the apartment a few weeks before I moved out. The conditions were so bad I decided to sleep in my car my last night in. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

A month after I moved in I complained about the ceiling looking like it was about to fall in, I complained about my apartment continuously getting hot, after all the “we will fix it” NOTHING has been done now the ceiling has fell in, I am pregnant and have a 2 year old and it is EXTREMELY HOT ! It’s infested and half the plugs don’t work, sinks, toilets, and bath tub CONTINUOUSLY gets clogged up, I am fed up, AT THIS POINT I have resorted to calling the city. These apartments are not worth it, PLEASE run the other way

We have lived here since 2016. When we first moved in we had no air for a week and also dealt with a bad mouse problem. Fast forward to the year of 2020 and a fire breaks out which they do not compensate us anything for the things we lost in Y building. They move us to W building and they do not regularly have pest control come by causing roaches and bed bugs to spread throughout that unit. We currently have no air. The roof leaked in our home for 3 months. The leasing lady continued to lie about sending people to fix it. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. They won’t answer the phone whenever we call about problems in the out apt. Please whatever you do , do not come and stay here. And they love raising rent while leaving tenants in horrible conditions

Whoever posted these photos should be sued, I don't live there, but I have a friend who just moved out, and it's shame how he was living in those conditions, he worked hard, got his credit accurate, and brought a house, it's not a $500,000 home, but it's better than where he was.

I’m still waiting on this lazy unprofessional office manager to fix my vehicle… when the gate was working improperly and was faulty in June of 2021 it caused damage to my TWO YEAR OLD CAR. Thousands of dollars of damage they are not trying to pay for. I WILL BE SUING THIS TRASHY APARTMENT COMPLEX.
