You’re supposed to come back on a certain day. I came on my day to the blood bank on terry rd on the 8th at 2:00 pm. They came and told me they weren’t taking anymore people although I didn’t see anyone. I’ve came back everyday since and they have us staying outside in the heat, because they don’t have enough workers. Instead of allowing us to sit in the cool air they will call us one by one at a time. If you don’t have enough workers for a blood bank. Someone’s not doing their job. Fire the manager, because this is on them. Place sucks.

Their have very terrible service they lost all my personal information such as social security and identification this not a business that you would want to visit or feel comfortable giving your time too their never open when their supposed too be they close when they choose too and very unprofessional just a complete waste of time

First off I would say that they lost my personal info (donation card and questions). Can you trust them? Secondly, the customer service has never been the most professional and timely, yet I’m waiting an hour for them to tell me my info is lost. Shouldn’t you be serviced in a timely manner? Lastly, the receptionist seems to suggest the many months between donations were a reason why my info has been lost-in a roundabout way admitting they don’t know when it became lost in the first place.

I give them five stars cause they was very respectful and made sure I was okay after I had donated. Also they have their own way of keeping u come while being stuck by the needle

The staff was very nice. The counter personnel got offended when asked why soap in bathroom was inoperable and NO paper towels. Mgr. Mr Blue explained situation of bathroom and was very nice. But a medical facility should most definitely maintain these area, especially a blood transferring site.

They moved faster than I thought........but they are so very ghetto! The last time I was there, when I was taken to the back, they were playing Rick Ross, Wayne & Kevin Gates! The only thing that was missing was one of the chicks dropping it low & twerking on top of the checkout desk! ??♀️ ALL I'M SAYING IS OOOOOOHHHHH CHIIIIIILE......THE GHETTO.....THE HOOD!! ??♀️ #StopMeWhenImLying
