My oil change took three hours and forty-five minutes. I asked the receptionist after two hours to inquire how much longer would it take for completion of my service and I was told fifteen minutes. There was no one at the service counter for over an hour after I received this message, so there was no communication as I continued to wait. I was charged $81.95 in labor on a $144.65 oil change. I obviously was charged for the inefficiency of the technicians that serviced my vehicle. I also did not get a car wash and vacuum that usually is complimentary. I left the Service Manager a voicemail detailing my experience and requested a phone call to discuss my issues. No attempt to reach me has occurred and that was three days ago. I will not return to Herrin Gear Infinity for any service unless there are no other options. I was a loyal customer for seven and a half years and I have never had this level of service. This was unacceptable experience.

Sorry late post..I never post my experience with a business, I speak it verbally. I want to thank you for your assistance and for making it stress free . She made sure at the last minute of my arrival that I had transportation back home and someone to pick me up when my vehicle was ready.I want to thank that young man also (driver).. Oh yeah, thank the young lady that's ready to take your payment too..Not prolonging your staySo on that day, they all (3) get 10 ? 's....

Absolutely horrible.I made an appointment on Wednesday to have my auxiliary battery replaced the following Monday at 8:00am. When I get there, the lady at the front counter told me she would find me an advisor and she would come back, she never did. I eventually got an advisor because they realized my car was just sitting there for 15 minutes. I started calling at around 3pm to check on my car and they would transfer me to someone and got no answer, happened about 5 times for two hours. Eventually I get a call from my advisor Jerry at 5:15 telling me that they don’t have an auxiliary battery and that if they ordered one it would arrive in two days. Okay so what did you do for 7 hours? He said he was looking around for batteries, that doesnt take 7 hours. And if I made the appointment 5 days before you would think they would check if they have those batteries. Anyway, when I told him I would just pick up my car that day he told me they close at 5:30 and if I would get there in time. Seriously? You call 15 mins before closing and expect me to get there while you have my car?So yes my car stayed all night and I wasted money on ubers for no reason. I also got charged $45 for “labor” what labor??

My experience was great, due to my service provider, Tricia and the shutter driver. She made this appointment easy and problem free. Will definitely request her for the next schedule maintenance appointment. Also, utilize the shuttle services driven my the kind, prompt, and respectful you man (I apologize for not remembering his name because he deserves acknowledgement as well).

It was an excellent experience. Tricia and Pastor Ayers provided a loaner when they saw they extent of the service needed. I was informed via text after I left in specific detail of other things found and the cost. I was called when my vehicle was complete and it is working fine.

I recently had work done here, and it wentsmooth all because of Patrick! He took on every step concerning my vehicle as if it was his own vehicle. His patience, kindness and help was above and beyond what we expected. He never showed an ounce of frustration, but was very reassuring, reasonable and understanding beyond measure. Jerry Jones is the only Advisor i choose to take care of my car when I go for service. It's the only place I go. Customer service is great! He is knowledgeable, answers all my questions in depth, and does his best to be prompt and accurate. The complimentary capp and snacks are a great plus for me!

Poor communication, left my vehicle there for 2 weeks and all they did was change the oil, never addressed the warranty covered problems. Had to take it back to get the real issues repaired. The gentleman who was supposed to be helping us would not return calls. We ended up having to get the GM involved to resolve the issue. Sad it had to be run up the ladder before they were willing to do warranty covered work!

My advisor Patrick was courteous and kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. I was given a text code to communicate if I had questions while I waited. The amount of time for service upon entry was the almost exact time for completion.
