Went to buy another charger and then found out that all I needed was my port cleaned out. It was full of lint and he cleaned it out and now I'm good. No charge. Kudos to them

scum to be honest. I had my phone in a case , with a screen protector and and accidentally dropped it. no scratches, no cracks, yet the screen just stopped working. I JUST had this repair on Tuesday and here it is thursday. I am pulling up for my refund tomorrow, or for my phone to be actually fixed. this is ridiculous

Harry is awesome, had both my daughters screens replaced, they were both done in less than an hour and harry even gave me free screen protectors. Very happy, highly recommend
