I have been with this storage company for years and never had a problem but all of a sudden I don't know if they in need of money or what's the problem they're scamming people unnecessary fees and unnecessary charges without the customer being aware of and then they're charging people by the day additional fees where I know in the contract are not there they up then change the policy on us what I even knowing and I had insurance on my unit and somehow they uplifted but every month the bill gets paid so how is their fees this is not a good storage unit to rent from they're very money hungry they don't socialize with their customer and it's not just me it's other customers I have seen coming to building before me or after me and have the same problem not only that where for years I have been able to pay my mother storage unit online or whenever I wanted to be able to pay the storage unit early they took online paying away for the customers not to pay their bills on time but then want to charge you extra fee when you call in on the phone with your card it's plenty of us that's either staying out of town or don't even stay in the local area it's just a shame how people do their customer and the owner stay out of town themselves it's ran by other people I don't know what's going on or their employees putting money in their pockets but it's just not right and I'm going to speak up on how I feel and then it's crazy how the place of business are never open early in the morning and I mean the time that it's supposed to be open dont waste your money or time coming here it's not worth the drama or the headache

Very nice people to do business with, storage of all sizes are up to part with absolutely no problem as far as maintenance very good prices for both short and long term storage love the multi payment methods if you're late with payments they will work with you and also allows storage payments for the upcoming month(s) in advance.

The monthly rent is very reasonable. I looked on Google for the cost. Hy & Dry did include the extra $17 processing fee, until I was paying for the unit. I think it should be disclosed with cost of rental unit.Eric was very polite, during the completion of paperwork.
