I would hate to see how they treat their actual customers, because I was just delivering a package to them that was missed delivered at my job around the corner from them and the lady was so rude, I was literally shocked at how she acted…. H & R Block needs to do better on who they hire, these females with their bad attitudes are extremely sad?
