Evening receptionist is very rude and should not work in customer service. From her lack of customer service skills, I would never recommend anyone to go to this location. The tax prep agents were nice but 1 bad apple will spoil the bunch. I spent the entire day at this location and still didn't get my taxes done. I refused to proceed due to the receptionist unprofessional comments.

Ms. Joyce Robinson who helped filing my taxes for the year 2021, was knowledgable, professional, and very helpful with my timing. I was travelling, taking my ill wife to Minesota for treatment, and Ms. Robinson kindly and affectionately understood my circamstance and created some extra time to help finish my tax filing. God bless her and we wish her the best in all aspects of her life.
