My home buying experience has been the WORSE experience ever. The WORSE. No sense of direction and when you explain things to them, they still throw you in a hole. Do not lend with this bank. Go to another bank.

I have not only worked in banking but also had some incredible experiences banking with smaller local banks and credit unions. I tend to prefer it actually because service is usually really good when bankers understand their customers keep them in business. Not this credit union. Heres why... The interest rates are ridiculous even when you have great credit. Example. I tried to get an auto loan with them. They quoted 9.25%. Went with another bank and same terms secured a 2.99% rate. If you have fraudulent or unauthorized charges, and your account gets overdrawn, they will only give you partial refund on your fees and suggest you go after the company that caused the activity. If you call them, they usually complain about how many calls they take a day and tell you that nobody remembers talking to you the dat prior about 1 fraudulent charge on your SAVINGS account and its only 3 of them there. Sorry to disturb your chat time Connie. I really am over the lack of service, care or concern... the sarcasm and snarkiness. The only person that has helped me there is Simone. I'm over it. I will be withdrawing my funds first thing Monday. As of 9:07am after speaking Connie today...connie made me do it. I hope she and the others like her won't run any of your other customer's away.
