Possibly one of the best hotels I have ever been to, staff, room quality ,amenities and atmosphere . Express the fact that the Hilton and its team members are devoted too pure excellence in the hospitality industry.

For two years in a row there has been issues with the elevators. Last year (2023) two were broken and it was very hectic. This year (2024) was even worse! When we got there two were working and eveyone was trying to check in, then shortly after one broke and we were down to one for the entire hotel. There was the SPQ events going on, tons of bikers staying for a convention, social workers, softball teams, etc.Custodians and other hotel staff were super accomidating, as they got off the elevators with their carts or stood and waited to let us use the one working elevator and since they have no service elevator it put them behind. We had to walk the stairs a few times, we have one lady in our party of 11 that has mobility issues and several of us have knee issues. Coming up and down the 7 flights was painful and puts a bit of a damper on a fun weekend. The wait on the one elevator was awful. The property itself needs some help, you would think Hilton would take more pride in their establishment. We had electrical outlet issues, the doors are painted so many times it was flaking off, wallpaper was buldging from what appeared like previous water damage, molding that was warped from same damage, our ice machine didn't work so you had to take stairs to get ice or wait an hour and the list could go on and on. Our room was to be setup for 3 people, we had 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths. We stay here every year and love the location and staying where the events are so none of these will stop us, we would just love to see this place get a little (a lot) of TLC.Again I would like to say the staff were amazing, Jerrica took great care of us with all of hte madness of checking in, Billie Burns is a great help for the booking. The rest of the staff was amazing as well and so helpful with anything we asked or needed. I think when a company doesn't take pride in their establishment then the employees will eventuall adopt the same attitude and things will get much worse. The staff should all get a nice bonus after this weekend!Hope to see some much needed changes in this location next year!

The staff were AMAZING - especially Jerica (not sure of spelling) and Billie Burns. They both are so good at what they do, and I cannot commend them enough on their professionalism, kindness, and customer service. What we weren’t thrilled with was the fact that for the second year in a row, the elevator situation was terrible. We had one working elevator in a full hotel. One of our travelers had some mobility issues which prevented her using the stairs, and her wait times for elevators were so long. The property itself definitely needs some love - nonworking electrical outlets and light fixtures, peeling/damaged furniture, and general lack of maintenance weren’t dealbreakers, but noticeable. Other little things were that we had two people in the room with one bath towel and one bar of soap…again, not things that seriously affected our stay. We had a group of 11 and had 5 guest rooms. We stay here every March, and we sure hope things are different next year. Again, we have ZERO complaints about the staff - they all need big fat raises!Nearby activities: Drago’s (next door) has the BEST charbroiled oysters and lobster mac & cheese!!

Terrible terrible !!!!!! THIS place needs to a make over and please fix the elevator. The wait for a elevator is at least 30 mins and not all elvators are in service. The rooms are out dated and not worth what they are charging. Better off and the motel 6 at least you will get what you pay for....

Very, very disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the accommodations, especially given the price of these rooms. I will never stay here again. The only silver lining is that I didn't bring home bed bugs. The staff were all very nice though, no issues there.Rooms: Very outdated, uncomfortable bed, peeling wall paper, damaged and unclean lamps (only 2 out of the 3 worked), stains on the ceiling in the main room and bathroom, and no microwave in the room, we had to use a communal one down the hall. Walls are absolutely paper thin, if you plan on sleeping at night bring earplugs. Bathroom wasn't too bad, but vanity was broken and the ventilation fan didn't work. Some of the outlets are very worn out and won't hold an iPhone charging brick. They only had a 2 or 3 luggage carts and the one we used had a slightly broken wheel and was difficult to maneuver.Safety: No issues here, had security patrolling each night.Walkability: Poor.Food & drinks: Hotel is near good choices, but in-house buffet was wildly overpriced and food was very salty with little variety.

I’m traveling for work in my stop by on this hotel a was a horrible experience the room is very uncomfortable they have mode on the bathroom nasty they need to update. The whole place the only good thing about this play is just the location everything out is terrify nasty, hair in the beds. A lot of noise from the AC. The thermostat is completely Older old fashion the way they service breakfasts it remind me, offshore Ship. another think the bathroom doesn’t have exacting fans I do like to be honest on this value review this place is nothing but trash completely trashTo parking lot very nicely police steps in the parking lot majority time that’s something I can tell you is good, everything you’re looking for is very easy to finding.

Room had mold in the shower, hair in the sheets, the floor didn't look like it was vacuumed. They also did not have a door close to their back parking lot which while traveling with stuff in my car made me uncomfortable having to park in the far back. There was also a lot people coming and going making more uneasy.

My stay at the Hilton Jackson was far from pleasant. My family and I were in 3 different rooms due to unsanitary conditions. There was mold, water leaks on the elevator and in the lobby. The Hilton Jackson needs to be torn down. I am pretty sure there are many health code violations. You would think a big brand of such would not operate as if it was a lower chain motel.Rooms: Rooms are filled with black mold and reeks of mildew and other stinchSafety: I got stuck on the elevator 3 times. Then 3 of 4 elevators malfunctioned which left the elevator with a water leak accessible.
