Hit a deer on my way home and was stuck. This tow service drove an hour north of Jackson to come get me and then drove another hour and a half north to my house. Mr. Walker was super friendly and the company was very polite on the phone. If I'm ever in a bind around Jackson again, definitely calling these guys!

Jennifer Hick is an angel. Riding my motorcycle from Tampa FL to Alburquerque NM for the balloon fiesta. Motorcycle breakdown in Richland MS, just south of Jackson MS. I called multiple towing companies. Hicks Towing was the only company who made the effort to help me. They came to Quality Inn, loaded the bike and trailered it to the local Harley Davidson Dealer. Hick’s Towing was GREAT ! Their timing was perfect . Very professional and got straight to the job . My car was stuck deep in the woods. They didn’t have a truck available 2 days in row when I need them although it was slightly Icey on the roads companies are ALWAYS supposed to be always ready for situations just like that but I will call again in the future if needed
