My appointment was 6 AM and they started to unloading at 8 and it took them to finish 2 hours my pick up appointment was 9AM get canceled never come back at this palace again

It took about 2 hrs. You can sleep here on the far end of the complex. Only thing is I had an 8:00 appointment and at 06:30 this guy was banging on my door and wanting me to get on dock 26. It takes me a few minutes to to get woke up good and all and he was being real impatient and rude toward me. If I had know he was going to expect me to back on the door at 06:30 I would have been up at 05:30 and well awake and ready to go. You can park on the street in front on it but it is a questionable are and your truck will be leaning side ways and you will be sleeping standing up or standing on your head. As for me if I deliver there again, my company has a terminal in Jackson. I'll sleep there and just show up at my appontment time.

Been waiting over a week for tires to be delivered, although they do “next day delivery”. Ordered even more tires since then and still have not received them. Very unreliable and will lose track of your order all the time. You will have to call to make sure they see the order and they will still forget most of the time.

You can park on road outside of gate 3 1/2 hrs to unload 605 tires is not to awful bad I guess had a 6am appt checked in about 545 am was put in a door and they started at 6am
