I came here with my husband going to buy a new car. As soon as we got there my husband and a sales rep started yelling over moving their cars, when we had parked first. The sales rep Shaun conerly, someone who ever sold us cars in the past, had cussed out my husband and in front of his other clients too for a petty reason, when he could've just reversed his car and be done with it. I find this very unprofessional and in this case, I told my husband we will never come back and spend a cent here. Horrible horrible service.

Was going to buy another Lexus but family got honked at and ******* out by Mr Conerly. Sad we always buy our vehicles here. Won't ever be returning.

I went in for a test drive, not expecting to drive away in a brand new car.Eric was fantastic, absolutely no pressure, talked to me about what I was looking for and why I wanted to test drive.He helped me to understand the pros and cons of selling or trading my car, and came up with an extremely fair price for me.He couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with.The finance office was equally nice, and easy to work with.Of all the experiences I’ve had buying a car this was easily the least stressful and friendliest deal I’ve made.I can’t recommend everyone at Herrin Gear Lexus enough!A test drive turned into a new amazing car for me, and I’m so happy about the whole process.

Let me start by saying I love my vehicle. My only choice is to take it to this dealership an hour away from where I live. That being said my experiences there having it serviced have not been good. Horribly long wait times haven’t been my only issue. This go around, not only did they do the wrong service on my vehicle (I had an appointment for an alignment) but they wanted me to pay for the air filter wrongfully installed while doing the wrong service. They accidentally performed a 40k maintenance service instead of what my appointment was scheduled for. I waited from 9:45 until 1pm for what should’ve been a 45-hour long service. The miscommunication between the service department and the mechanics seems to be quite a problem. I personally feel the least they could’ve done is not charge me for the service itself for the complete inconvenience and my having to rearrange my entire schedule for the day for their mishap. That is the point in making an appointment after all is knowing a general wait time. But I do feel this may be a problem everywhere.

Herrin- Gear Lexus is getting back to how they started years ago (serving with excellence). I was really impressed with my service last week!!Representive - Quency and other staff were friendly and professional.I waited for my vehicle on my 30k miles service. I was out in less than 2 hours. The building was clean, ample space for seating and filled with snacks and drinks. ?Thank you!!

Jerry Jones was my service advisor and his customer service was on point. They were very busy on a Friday but that did not stop the excellent service not only from Jerry but also the other service advisors. Multiple times the ladies at the front desk asked me if I needed anything or needed help to make my wait more comfortable. I came in with my 1.5 old son and he was not very excited about the boring wait, but the team showed me to the play room and also gave him snacks to help keep him calm. Thank you to the entire team. Getting service is not always the funnest thing to do on a Friday but you all made it a little easier for me. I appreciate you all !!

I can honestly say working with salesman Greg Scales was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Greg found me a great car at a fair price and the entire process was quick, easy and seamless. I Came into this with an open mind with no expectations of finding the perfect vehicle for me. The selections available are staggering and it’s easy to get overwhelmed!My overall first impression was “ohhh no, I’ll never find what I want and/or what would be the best, most reliable yet sporty ride for me and would check all the boxes - primarily one which I could be happy with”.Wrong assessment!Enter Mrs Deidra!Off we go - on one of the hottest days of our summer to date - to take a look see at what I might want to test drive first.Ended up going towards the Lexus parking lot and then it was like “let the fun begin”!!After test driving several vehicles, both SUV’s and Sedans, I ended up with…..A sporty, beautiful and fun to drive Lexus IS 350 F S.The Lexus team, all of them, made my buying experience a delight! From my first contact with Mrs Deidra, to Mr. Kash for the obligatory paperwork and, finally to the Tech Guy who is patience personified, I can honestly say that the process was smooth and straightforward with no issues whatsoever!BOTTOM LINE:I am one very satisfied customer!Thanks for letting me share my experience with you about Herrin-Gear Lexus!

Outstanding Service???Frank was totally outstanding helping us, and Chip, “Little Chip”’ was also outstanding. He was not pushy and very patient showing me the working parts I needed to know. Cash, the same way, helping me, very patiently, learn more and very thorough with paperwork.Also, the accounting very patient waiting for me to take care of the finances.

I recently had a terrible experience with a parts employee at Herrin-Gear Lexus. He was incredibly rude, to the point where I had to ask him to stop speaking to me so disrespectfully. It was clear that my phone call inquiring about a price bothered him, which is not the kind of service I expect from a high-end dealership. I'm extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. As a result, I have decided to take my business to another Lexus dealership where I hope to receive better customer service. Herrin-Gear Lexus should address this issue to ensure they provide a more pleasant and customer-oriented experience in the future.

BUYERS BEWARE OF HERRIN-GEAR AUTOMOTIVE GROUP - LEXUS:I PURCHASED A USED MERCEDES-BENZ THAT WAS MISSING TRANSMITTERS WHICH CONTROLS THE KEYLESS ENTRY, CAMERAS, STARTER, ETC. WHICH I DIDN'T HAVE FOR A GOOD MONTH!FIXING THIS CAR WAS GOING TO BE $12,000-$15,000 AND STATED BY A CERTIFIED MERCEDES-BENZ MECHANIC THAT IT MAY NOT WORK PROPERLY.THE USED CAR SALES MANAGER SUCK AT LEXUS. HE WAS NOT HELPFUL. HE CARED MORE ABOUT HIS POCKETS & DEALERSHIP POCKETS THAN THE CUSTOMER HE SOLD THE LEMON TO.THE SEVICE WAS HORRIBLE!I TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! THANK GOODNESS. I WAS ABLE TO GET ANOTHER VEHICLE OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD'VE BEEN SCREWD.NEVER AGAIN HERRIN-GEAR AUTOMOTIVE GROUP...NEVER AGAIN!?

Treveno was extremely professional and very helpful with the issues that showed up in my car after the diagnostic test. He explained to me what the problems were in a manner which I could understand. I so appreciated that. Herrin Gear Lexus is the best!
