We had the best car shopping experience because of our salesman Eric Urban. Eric was extremely personable, fun and found the answers to all of our questions. He was instrumental in helping us to get just what we needed and wanted in a vehicle. Jacob and Sean were also very helpful with financial and car feature information. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a great experience shopping for a new vehicle!

My service experience was excellent. I had my grandchild in a stroller and my mother in a wheelchair with me. Everyone was very patient and very helpful with us. We were checked in at our appointment time promptly and my vehicle was serviced quickly. We did not have to wait very long and we were on our way. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Shaun Conerly made buying a car enjoyable. He was the nicest car salesman I've ever met. There was no pressure and no hard sale. He was patient with us. He showed us the cars we were interested in. He made suggestions as well. He was very knowledgeable with each car that we looked at. He answered all our questions. He was honest with us. He just listened to what we wanted and guided us through what I thought would be a difficult process. My wife and I felt completely comfortable with Shaun from the very beginning. I highly recommend Shaun to anyone that is interested in a new car. I would also like to say that they had a lady that educated us on our vehicle. She was very pleasant. The closing was easy too. I wish I could remember that young man's name. Our experience at Herrin Gear was wonderful!

I have never been to this dealership nor do I live nearby but I feel the need to leave some feedback based directly off the person in sales I talked to on the phone this morning. I visited a local dealership and felt I wasn't offered a fair amount for my trade so l did what anyone else that is smart would do and left and am now choosing to shop around to get the best fair amount for my trade because I know what's it worth even if it's not a Lexus brand.
I called this dealership and asked them a few questions about a specific feature I needed on a car and just let him know my situation where I was just looking to get a little more for my trade in and was hoping to discuss some possible numbers before driving 3 hours there completely understanding that nothing would be set in stone until they saw my trade. Completely get that as I wouldn't purchase a vehicle myself without seeing it in person. He immediately asked what I currently had and I told him the brand and his response was, "ooh that's a bad situation because they don't hold their value". I felt that was extremely disrespectful and rude to say to a potential buyer willing to travel 3 hours to purchase a vehicle from them. I don't think having a 4 year old fully loaded Nissan Maxima is a bad situation and who is the salesman to judge that? Sure, maybe Nissans don't hold their value as well compared to Lexus but to make a customer feel bad about their current vehicle is super inappropriate. Do better.
