Great to deal deal with on the car lot. There are a lot of hidden and unnecessary fees they don’t tell you about. After the purchase their phones quit working for some reason. Glad I’m not waiting on my salesman to call me back. Had an issue with the title and still haven’t heard from him.

This was my best visit yet. They called the correct phone number to let me know they had arrived to pick up my vehicle. This has been an ongoing issue in the past! Progress!

The service I received was excellent. I was given a loaner car for several days. Everyone was friendly and exceeded my expectations. The service manager Peter kept in touch with me and answered my calls promptly. And Tricia Montgomery my advisor was awesome !!

I would not let these guys fix a lawnmower, dropped my Infiniti off kept it for two weeks, then basically told me they did not want to fix it, the shop was too lazy or could not figure out the codes. If you don't believe me I've got the ticket, recorded phone conversations, and email DM me, and I'll share

Everyone there was very friendly and extremely helpful by providing all the info I needed to make a decision. Lathario Barnes went over the top in patience with me since I really did not necessarily mean to buy a new car yet! He listened carefully to everything I said that I wanted and helped me make the perfect decision! I love my new Infiniti!

Setting an appointment is a joke.. customer service isn’t inviting! For a luxury vehicle and price you would think there would be a little bit of class! Years ago it was a pleasure owning an Inifiniti now at this Dealership it has no value..

All staff were very professional. The mechanics kept me informed as they serviced my vehicle. They explained in detail about the needed repairs, provided options and allowed me to make the decision of which option.

DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. CORRUPT. SCAMMERS!!!!I purchased my 2017 Infiniti qx60 from Herrin Gear. For the most part it is a reliable car. Unfortunately, if you do need a repair you cannot use Herrin Gear. I have taken my car there several times for repairs and I have been overcharged or outright scammed. This last repair - allegedly a thermostat replacement cost over $900.00. I was charged $176 for a part listed on their own website for $34 dollars. Further, the repair was not properly performed. I reached out to the service consultant, Quency Coleman, twice regarding my car leaking green fluid. He did not return the call. I then reached out to the Service Manager, Peter Akinwale, regarding the car leak. He also did not return the call. As my concern grew, I broke down and took my car to Patty Peck Honda which has serviced my son's car. I was charged $241 for a diagnosis and coolant. PP Honda recommended the same repair that had supposedly been performed at Herrin Gear over a month ago. I was also told that because the repair was not done properly, my compressor was soaked in coolant and would need to be repaired. PP Honda's estimate for to correct the repair done by Infiniti was $2600.00. I called Infiniti and it took no less than 3 calls to get someone on the phone. I shared all of the above with Mr. A and asked if I should allow PP to perform the repairs, pay for it and then submit the bill to them or if they would perform the repair. Mr. A stated that the repair was still under warranty because it is 12K miles or 1 year - whichever comes first. He assured me that the repairs would be made and even said no worries. At this point I had the headache of getting the car to them to make the repairs. When I got there, I parked my car behind several other cars waiting for repairs and asked for Mr. A, as we had agreed I would do. I was told he was in a meeting. I was then asked who was my service consultant and when I told them Quency, a chorus of oh nos went up. Eventually, I was escorted back to see Jerry Jones and I shared all of the above with him. He wrote up the issue, but not before he asked me to pull my own car around to the service area closer to him. I did as he requested, but noted that other service consultants were going out to get their customer's cars. I returned to the office, where he told me that the work was under warranty and that he would call me in the am the next day. I did not hear from him and when I contacted him he made no mention of what the diagnosis was or what repairs were being done. He assured me the car would be ready and would be brought to my home that pm. At 4:30 p.m Jerry calls and tells me that the car is not ready because it needs a screw to hold the washer container in the correct place and it is going to take 2 days to get that done. I asked for a loaner. He hung up and called me back and said lo and behold my car was ready that the found the part on another car....flabbergasted. YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS UP!!!! I then asked what repairs were made. He told me the thermostat. I asked about the compressor he said no just the thermostat and I said well what happened to what Mr. A said.I that point I became very angry because it was clear that again there was an attempt to palm a shoddy job off on me. And how do you need two days to repair a car and then 40 minutes later it is repaired? That did not sound right. I asked to speak to Mr. A. about the situation and got no further. I was told that compressors have water splash on them all the time to which i responded no doubt but there are not designed for coolant to cover them. Further no one had assured me that the problem was fixed - why the car was leaking , why I had no coolant in the car and that none of the other systems were impacted by their previous shoddy job. I told them in no uncertain terms that I had no confidence in their work and felt that with the replacement of the thermostat or gasket that the car was being pushed back on me for a serious system failure later caused by their initial shoddy repair for

Unethical behavior, hiding behind policy. No character. I'll never do business here again. I had my car in for some routine maintenance, during which they replaced my battery. The battery died one week later when I tried to start my car to go to work. Nothing had been left on that would explain the dead battery. I had to get to work- went to Firestone and bought a new battery. I later brought the dead battery back to Herrin-Gear to return it. They tested it and confirmed the battery was bad. They said they would be willing to give me another battery as a warranty replacement but would not just give me my money back after they'd sold me a bad battery. I didn't need a new battery because I'd already had to purchase one just to get to work that day. They refused to do the right thing and return the money I'd paid them for a bad battery that caused me a lot of trouble. Decided to just hide behind that's the only thing their "policy" allows....as if policies are not written by people. I don't return to a business that I don't trust.

1 star is more than they deserve.I had an appointment at 1:30. I arrived at 1. I waited nearly 3 hours for a simple oil change. While waiting.. the advisor didnt come to me 1x to let me know of issues found with my car.Upon checking out. She texted me an extreme long list of things (some of which needed immediate attention) with my car.I feel like these things should've been addressed to me while my car was still in the shop instead of when it was pulled around for me to pay & exit. After requesting to speak with managementI was advised that my tire thread was extremely low. So basically i was being sent home with low tire thread that couldve lead to a road accident.I decided to get the 2 tires which caused me to wait So I an additional 45 minutes. This company charges too much not to offer top notch service.
