Purchased a beautiful Infiniti QX80. I coordinated everything over the phone from New Orleans. Tim made the process super easy. He is very knowledgeable & friendly. He gave me the option to have the car delivered to New Orleans or pick it up on person. I decided to drive up to Jackson to see the vehicle before we finalized the deal. The truck was just how it was pictured online. It was clean, detailed, and flawless. Exceeded my expectations.
The whole staff was welcoming and accommodating. There's a positive atmosphere inside the dealership. The finance manager Antonio took excellent care of me & explained everything. Overall 5/5 experience. I was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes with my new car. Thanks again for the hospitality & professionalism.

For years, I’ve been frustrated with the poor service from the auto department at this dealership. The issues range from inconsistent communication to shoddy workmanship—serious problems like loose lug nuts that led to the wheel coming off while driving. During this most recent visit, I noticed oil residue on the hood and surrounding areas. I texted the service manager, Avant, to express my concerns and request a callback regarding the lack of quality and professionalism. However, I’m still waiting for a response. If you own an Infiniti, I highly recommend finding another dealership. I know I’m already searching for a more reliable service provider for my SUV. Where has the quality gone?
