Recently bought a Camaro SS 1le and has an amazing experience with this dealership. They were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. That was since I drove all the way from Texas to their location. They answered all my questions over the phone and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about the purchase. Moon the sales associate was great as well as Seth and the general manager. Definitely recommend them if looking into purchasing a new vehicle!

The first time dealings with Fob was good, now this 2nd time I don’t know what his problem was. For one he act like he never met me after the week before of making plans to bring the truck back for services. He had the non care attitude and then if my appointment at 12:30 why would it take till Wed or Thursday to do diagnostic on my truck. Then he just parked in back like oh ok my appointment was at 12:30 and I got it to him 2hrs early. I didn’t understand at I went back and got my truck because his service was horrible. I’ll take my truck elsewhere

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered. My vehicle was there for almost two months. Just picked it up today, when walked in the body shop office there was Noone at either desk to assist another lady and myself. She said she been waiting over 20 minutes before I came. I guess both workers must was a break. We were the only two customer there after about 10 minutes they both walked in didn't even speak or anything very rude. It was everytime calling up to check on my vehicle to see what was going on with it no answer. No return phone calls after leaving messages after messages. And when finally reaching Brandy the person who was handling my information . It was away some kind of excuse except when she was saying you might have to pay service fees. She has no kind concern for the the customer. Always a attitude very unprofessional. I had to continue to tell send my vehicle to service atleast 5 times. This was a very long process dealing with them but never again.

9/10 do not recommend. Other than getting the truck I wanted, I do not recommend. Mr. Godfrey was a complete lier in regard to reassuring me that the dealership sent my credit union the check to pay off my previous vehicle…. That was a lie. He could not provide tracking number or mail carrier until a week after he stated that the check was sent. I was paying a late fee & car note for a car I no longer had. Saler, seemed inexperienced but ill give him a pass.

Very stressful. About 3 weeks ago my request to check sunroof for leakage was ignored. Maintenance check instead was done & windshield replacement suggested for my 2010 dts Cadillac. No leakage from sunroof. On 3/25 I returned my car due to leaking from sunroof. Also met with Chris (service mgr) about the above issues. And stated to Chris I observed leakage from rear of sunroof. I left my car to be serviced. Yesterday received phone call from Fod leakage found from sunroof rear drains. Which should have been found on first visit. Communication about service/labor not good as well.

Seth Richardson is the most unprofessional salesperson I have encountered with. He has tried to purchase my vehicle and his way of negotiating is bullying with some choice words. I would recommend staying clear of this salesman
