They had my car from Thursday until Tuesday and only called me Monday, to tell me what part was needed and Tuesday to tell me my car was ready. Labor was more than half of the parts and taxes. I will not be taking my car back there for anything!!! They didn't even offer a loaner car, even though I told them I really need my car for work. Not enough communication while they had my car!!!

I was charged $ 3,000.00 more then the sticker price on the car & when i came to pick the car up i was told it would take 30 min. to 1 hour & i waited over 2 hours just to get my car that was being cleaned up & it was suppose to be filled up with gas well it was not so i had to return to the dealership to get gas. Very bad experience all around & i will NOT send anyone to Herring Gear Chevrolet EVER.

For starters you can improve your customer service in the service department. My son brought his car in for a recall repair and ended up paying 900 dollars for things that your service guys claim were not under that recall. They should have informed him about whatever was not functioning properly and ask him if he wanted the work done before making the decision to fix it first and handing him a "labor" bill. I tried to allow him to handle it but as a parent I who had a little faith in your business I would expect more professionalism. He was told by one service guy when he ask about unlocking his radio for his car it would be 150 dollars. When he brought the car back to your dealership the guy who was supposed to have done the work charged him 75 dollars and the radio is still locked and unable to be used! I would love to know how you expect people to pay for labor but the results show no work is done to the vehicle. I am extremely disappointed and upset with your dealership and I'm looking into what I need to do next!

Andy service tech clerk is really helpful nice and friendly. The service tech workers honestly post pandemic does not work as hard or as great of job than before pandemic. Sloppy work somewhat. I still bring my vehicle here for accountability a lone with car service records. Wait time is long. Other customers complain. I come prepared to wait.

I went in today and I had some of the best guys helping me get into a car. my salesperson, Herbert was the greatest. He is too sweet and he went above and beyond today.The team worked their butts off and I drove off the lot in a 2020 Chevy. Thank you guys for what you did for me.

Honestly, this is the worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. They will say they are fair and will do everything for you and that you'll not find a better deal but honestly they just bend you over the table and take advantage of you. We bought a brand new Tahoe off their lot and traded in my paid off 2015 Toyota 4Runner limited that was in great condition and had added a brush guard and they gave me 14,500 and the next day they had it posted on their website for 22,000. They came up front and showed me the KBB value and I think somehow they typed in something incorrectly on purpose to make the value go down and I didn't pay close enough attention to detail. Then 3-4 weeks after having this brand new Tahoe that was almost 60K the brakes locked up on me and my dashboard went crazy. Took up to the dealership and it stayed and they continued to say they could find nothing wrong with it. This car has been in and out of multiple shops since March of 2019 when I purchased it and I refuse to go back to Herrin gear because of their service and attitudes. Not to mention the finance guy enjoyed telling us about him and his wife getting a divorce and found out we were part owners of a pipeline company and tried to get a job with us because he was tired of Herrin gear. If I could go back to March 2019 I would have never traded in my 4-runner for this piece of s*** Tahoe and dealt with Herrin-gear Chevrolet.
