Called them when in a pinch, yet no one was available in Jackson MS at 7pm on a Friday night to provide roadside assistance. Was stranded on the side on the interstate with my family in the vehicle. Maybe they had other customers….

I called and needed a tow, I was told they didn’t have any drivers in town. They advertise 24/7 service and can’t provide a driver at 9am on a Saturday. I’ll never call or recommend halls again. Do better guys.

They did perfect. Got my truck from point A to point B in a timely manner. The price to go around the block was literally the cheapest out of all the other companies. The driver was nice and knew what to do. 10/10 would recommend.
