So they used to not have much in there and I guess they’re under new management. It looks better, there’s new shelves and all, but unfortunately It’s way over priced. I understand with the new renovations and products they need to make their money back lol but I can’t get jiggy with the prices.

This place has good customer service to me. I usually go 8n looking for hair color. Semi permanent color that have adore kiss and avatar. I'm not sure about the rest

Poor service. You have to almost beg for help. These beauty supply stores are huge with a million products ..so of course you're going to need help finding stuff. They do not give service well or with a smile as they should. And they don't allow you to try on the wigs. Really?? Smh.

Just walked out. I overheard a disturbing situation. An elderly lady came in with a receipt and couldn’t get an exchange for her special case (her help got the wrong color). As a beauty supply store in jackson, you are RELIANT upon the community for income. Do not mistreat the elders and members of the community out of greed. Their wigs are overpriced anyway hell (ugly and thick, fake looking and not real human hair) I just needed something quick since i hate waiting but I’ll sacrifice and buy online.

Sold me a empty ponytail box. Came to speak to the manager as instructed...she was vaping, wore dark mirror shades (indoors), and was high as kite in a wind storm! Did not assist me in any way and was rude acting annoyed by my presence. I called the police. No action thus far.
