I moved to GA to MS and when I contacted Kimberly to help with my hair; she did an excellent job! Kimberley Toney is very nice, welcoming, helpful and provided with an excellent customer service. She is always pleasant and go beyond to ensure that her customers are happy with services provided. The shop is always cleaned, smelled good, and all the ladies working over there are very nice also. I like the family and teamwork of this Hair Gallery II. You should definitely go there to get your hair done. They are all very good. I recommend this place 100%.Service: Hair extensions

My hair stylist here was nice, funny, and made me feel comfortable which is why I gave at least 2 stars. On the other hand, their was miscommunication on the pricing of my hair that wasn’t said up front and I wasn’t pleased with my hot oil treatment and deep condition. My hot oil treatment was basically rubbed through my hair (barely) along with the deep conditioner and I still basically had shampoo in my hair after getting those rubbed in. My oil wasn’t warmed and carefully rubbed through my scalp. After that sitting for 20 min my hair was barely rinsed. I see most people have had great experiences here but I did not (hair wise). I was out of a lot of $ for those things to have been rushed through.
