Treated me really well. Even picked me up as I was without transportation. Worked to get payments within my budget.

Donna was very helpful from the first call to the point we drove the car off of their lot. She made our teen daughter very happy with the purchase of her first car from Gowdy Autoplex. We highly recommend Donna and the Gowdy team.

The customer service was horrible. I didn’t feel like I was trying to be sold a car. The salesman basically walked off from us. I was ready to make a major purchase but I took my son somewhere else and bought him a vehicle. It was truly their lost on this customer.

Fantastic buying experience from start to finish. I don’t live in Ridgeland, but between their website and a brief conversation with salesman John, I made the trip to drive the truck. During the test drive, I noticed a small issue – nothing unexpected for a used vehicle – and the dealership truly went above and beyond to make sure it was repaired for me, going so far as to order a brand new part, have it painted to match, and installed.

I called about a vehicle I saw on line. Was told it was in the shop getting serviced. Later the same day the price of the vehicle mysteriously went up almost $5k when I looked on line. What a bunch of clowns. They used to make movies about places like this. Buyer beware.

Donna at Gowdy Autoplex made used car shopping enjoyable! We appreciated her no pressure attitude! Went there to look at a GMC Yukon, bought a Toyota 4Runner!

Gowdy Autoplex are not honest people. I called them on Saturday Jan 7, 2023. I asked if they took hold deposits on vehicles and if I did not like it, could I get a full refund. Their response was yes. My salesperson was Steven Turnipseed. I test drove the car on Tuesday Jan 9, 2023. After the drive he told me that if he did not fix the scratch on the door and the rip on the center console, they would discount the price. I called him later on the 9th, no response. I called him on the morning of the 10th, he proceeds to say that he did not say that. I said ok let me think about it. I called back and told them that I did not want the truck anymore, they proceed to tell me that they have to charge me a restocking fee. After an altercation occurred they hung-up on and would not answer my calls. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges.Beware the Black 2011 Chevy Tahoe has an oil leak. I am not sure if it is the rear main seal, but they are not disclosing this information to you.

Donna made my experience not so overwhelming. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a car, go talk to Donna and she will do the best she can to make it happen for you.

Great people!..... Honestly the best experience I've ever had at any car dealership in all my 41 years. Donna, our sales agent, was awesome all around. She's not the average sales agent... (meaning; she doesn't act like you're a walking paycheck) she was extremely helpful, upbeat and ZERO pressure! This was honestly the most laid back experience I've ever had when buying a vehicle. I PERSONALLY WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR MY NEXT VEHICLE PURCHASE.

ATTENTION: DO NOT BUY FROM GOWDY AUTOPLEX! They will NOT let you pay cash for a vehicle:: They will NOT let you use your own bank:: Because they want you use their finance company for a huge interest rate and want you to make a large amount of down payment like $3,000-5,000. If you call to ask for a buyers order, they will tell you the vehicle has sold. If anyone else experienced this, make it public. Found another dealer and a better deal!!!

Car was sold with no indication lights on. As soon as I drove it for some errands after purchasing lights came on. Took it straight to mechanic. After diagnostics a list of codes was found. Main one being fuel pump. Tried to return it to dealership because fuel pump cut out that same day. That was a wonderful experience. Finally limped back and they said they would fix it. 3 days later they said was fixed drove it home then a worker needed it. Once again no indication lights. It stranded my near 70 year old employee 2 hours from home with guess what a faulty fuel pump. Gm Mike Willridge did not return my phone calls or text messages. This is how they do "business" I would advise you to pass on this dealership.P.S. In the dealers replay to this post. I contacted the dealer to tell them the vehicle broke down 1 day after I took possession of it in supposed working condition. I ask them what they would like to do. They did not offer to tow it anywhere but suggested where I could take it but never offered to pay for any repairs or towing. The location they suggested would have cost over 150 in towing. This company in my opinion cleared the vehicle of error codes sold me a vehicle with known issues and then made sure to cover themselves from fixing the issues with paperwork. When they refused to help with cost or to tow vehicle back for them to work on. I said I would need to seek legal counsel and they got very rude. They know thier legal paperwork pretty much allows them to sell used vehicles with known issues. All I wanted was a working vehicle or my money returned. Their response was sue us. Good luck if you choose to do business with them.Reuben Harvey
