Just not professional enough to mess with. The place was filthy, they were "taking lunch" at 6 pm even though they closed at 7 pm, they refused to give me my car keys back even though they hadn't even started work on my car, and it looked like they were dumping fluids into their dumpster instead of disposing of it through the proper channels. I suggest finding a different shop.

Although there is a location closer to me (Ridgeland, MS) I have gone to this location since 2016. Mr. Philip is the manager and he works very hard to ensure there is always the best customer service and that his customers are please and satisfied with service.
I truly appreciate how kind all of the employees are and just being in a calm clean environment while I wait on vehicle. The restrooms are also pretty clean. The store does need to be renovated BUT that’s not the mangers fault but corporate. This store has been here for decades yet they seem to be doing minor improvements. It’s very outdated but Philip does his best to keep it presentable.
I highly recommend this location!!!

Always professional, always fair, and fast! No upsale nonsense - a good honest place. This is the ONLY place I bring my car for tires and maintenance. A perfect store, a credit to Goodyear!

We just bought a car from carmax with bald tires. New wheels. They sent us here for new tires installation. These people are a tire place and scratched 3 out of 4 of our wheels. Unreal. Will definitely be calling corporate since they said nothing trying to get away with it. So now I have new tires with scratched wheels on an almost spotless car. Thanks a lot .

I sent my husbsnd and son to get me a oil change and a ligament they didn’t do nothing my ligament had a warranty so they didn’t even complete that and they charge me for a oil change that they didn’t even do that not only that my service engine light was not on till I took my car to them none of them was working they was sitting down talking this was the one on old canton mart

GoodYear on Old Canton Mart in Jackson, Ms.... Phillip was very knowledgeable and helpful. The guys were great and did an awesome job! I would definitely recommend. It's little to no wait time, which is a plus and on top of that a friendly environment.

I JUST RECENTLY BOUGHT 4 BRAND NEW TIRES FOR A MERCEDES BENZ WHICH COST ME $584 AND NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS LATER THE TIRE BLEW OUT AND WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THE TIRES THE GUY AT THE DESK TOLD ME I HAD A WARRANTY AND WHEN I GOT THERE I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER TIRE AND PAY FOR EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN !! WILL NOT EVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN !!!

Would highly recommend. Me and my family drove 9 hours to Jackson for a wedding when the ac compressor failed with 5 hours left of the trip. Woke up Saturday morning and drove to several shops who claimed they couldn't perform the service repair until Monday. I gave these guys a call and they got me in and out in a few hours. Now my A/C is blowing snow flurries!!!!! Great staff. Salute
