I've bought hair from Goddess Lengths four times and have never been disappointed. Communication is great, shipping time is perfect(sometimes comes before the original arrival date), and the product is beautiful. I can wear 4 bundles for a whole year before it's time for another set. You can get away with just 3 bundles and be ok but with a fuller effect, get 4. Closures can last up to 3 or 4 installs at the most before it's time to buy another. The hair doesn't smell like chemicals or have a strong pull to it. Overall, I will continue to do business with her.

The hair quality is bomb but the smell was so bad. It’s smelled like corn chips. I tried washing the smell out three times, even with washing powder and it still didn’t take the smell off.

Tried to support this black owned business unfortunately I want be buying from here again the hair shed so much it’s ridiculous and ends of the hair is horrible I thought her hair/brand was good but clearly she needs to put a little more work into the quality of the hair

My wig was trash. The lace front was extremely thin, there were pieces of gray hair and short pieces of hairs throughout the wig. It looked like she purchased it from oversees for $79.99 and resold it fot $350.00. I returned it but they only offer a credit. I understand why she only offer store credits because she would go out of business due to refunds. I watch the show and I wanted to support her business. But it's very disappointing that this is the quality of wigs she sell to people that support her.

I bought hair online from this company back in August last year. My request was a unit that could be freely parted. However, what I received was a middle part unit, and on top of that, it had different color strands of hair in it. I immediately went to the website to contact customer service and not expecting anything but the utmost professionalism considering how Ms. Latrice Rodgers carries herself. I got an email that took 2 to 3 days to contact me only to tell me what I had in front of me, which was wrong and they refused to budge. They just wanted my money and didn't even try to make it right. I then contacted the company I paid through and they lied to me and kept my money. I sent Goddess Lengths their wig back they never sent me the correct wig so they kept $481.00 now the 3rd party company is fighting me for the $481.00 that Goddess Lengths stole and still hasn't replaced my wig. If I have to get an attorney involved then that's what I will do. I have worked to hard for my credit to be spotless for some wig queen to tarness it, trying to help my black business. Greed won't get you far in life.

I placed an order on 10/3, it is 10/12 and I still don’t have my hair. I have sent two emails with no response. Service is abysmal. I will NEVER order from here again!!!!!

This hair is trash because it is definately synthetic mixed with cheap human hair. And I certainly believe Marie she is a millionare NO REASON TO LIE. Glad it was seen on the show she is definately a scammer.

I really wish I could this company a 0. Let me start by saying the customer service have always been extremely horrible. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE! The hair is always a different color. My stylist have and others have bought this to my attention. If I purchase two bundles I would hope that both bundles are the same color. Also, the closure I purchased this time was a closure I could have walked in the traditional hair store to purchase. The store smelled like weed. Maybe it was coming from next door I’m not sure but it smelled like weed. From the model girl with the fake dimples on down to the new boy josh the Customer service is horrible!!! To the owner your attitude is bad also. Find you some decent ppl with a positive helpful attitude that will increase your revenue because at this point. ITS A NO! A never AGAIN

I’m said to say I encouraged my daughter who lived in Houston to purchase this hair. The hair I bought was good but I could not believe how the hair my daughter got looked!! She got the wig made by the person the OWNER referred. Here is a picture of what it looked like. HORRIBLE!! I will not buy from Goddess link EVER AGAIN. Plus she did not return my daughter calls and refused to replace the hair. ???????

As humble and understanding I am I’m giving this a 1 star. You get tired of supporting these businesses and when you stress a concern the customer service is horrible. Not one time the person I was emailing responded to my complaints. She only responded to questions that had nothing to do with my concerns. It took everything in me not to be rude. I did NOT LIKE MY BUNDLES. I DID NOT LIKE MY WIG. My bundles seem different from what I purchased in the store. It looked like a different batch. Not sure what went wrong when wig was sent to stylist but the hair was not worth what I spent. The curls were not holding , the quality was not it, the ends were terrible and the knots were over bleached. I was treated as if my concern was irrelevant. To make a very long story short I spent so much money into back up styles waiting on a solution just to get the same hair I did not like shipped back to me. I’ve been too nice for too long. Really Tired of stuff like this. It doesn’t take much to show a little professionalism!!! I had time today.
