Done business with this company a few times. Not once was it enjoyable. The only reason I used them in first place is fue to fact there is no other imports used parts local. Purchased an engine, AWFUL. Dont waist time or money here.

I called Nassir to order parts. On first day he said he could take my card info over phone and order... was told to call back when I had my card. I called back few days later he took my card info and said the parts would be in but he couldn't have them delivered to me bcos I had to come in and sign the card receipt. (I live 2 hrs away). He told me the parts would be in the next week which implied he was ordering them. I just had to come to Jxn to pick them up and sign. So, I called a week later to double check that parts were in, he then says that he told me I had to pay in advance before he can order. Everytime I called there was a different story. If he couldn't order, why take my card info? He has nasty attitude and bad customer service. I guess he feels he can screw people becos its and import place.

We (Father/Son) had a vehicle (Audi) towed to this establishment for a transmission repair Nov 2022 and the vehicle came out of the shop with motor problems. When asked to look at the vehicle before paying for repairs, we was told to pay for repairs ($1400) before we can look at the vehicle. After paying for the repairs, we proceeded to the vehicle. The vehicle was located on the premises, inside the gate. The car was unlocked and key in the ignition, but no sound. We gave the car a jumpstart and once the car started, the motor was shaking and smoking really bad. paid over $1000 to get my car fixed and came to pick it up, drove out of the parking lot and broke down on the highway, 9 months pregnant. have been going there for about a year continuing to have problems with my car, leading me to believe they were messing with it. unbelievable. i see other people are having the same issue according to these reviews! my dad is the one who paid for it and he’s to nice to ask for it back!

I thought they did a good job, but I later checked the work they did and found out I was messed over. I paid for new struts and later found out I got Second hand junkyard parts and on top of that when I got my car back the radio didn't work. I know the amp is a common problem for the 750li but it was working when I dropped it off I feel lime it should've been working when I picked it up.

Price quoted for a used part suddenly increased when picking it up the following day. Was told it was probably the owner who quoted lower price the day before. He wasn't in the next day and nobody even attempted to reach him... disappointing to say the least.

Took it in for a tuneup because of a misfire. Obv a spark plug, ignition coil issue. Mechanic messed with my exhaust to "hear the problem" better.I got my vehicle back with my new (installed 3 years ago) harmonic balancer replaced and a crack in the radiator. No tuneup, still misfiring.

My timing belt broke on my 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT and the owner suggested to replace the engine with a rebuilt engine. He stated the engine was completely overhauled with new rings, etc. Come to fine out... he lied! The first week my car smoked each time I started. I took it back he stated the engine had been rebuilt. I discovered he added some oil treatment to stop the smoking. Im totally dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend anyone!!!
