I will never ever rent from this storage again I was broken into December 16th 2022 One day before I was getting ready to move out Which was December the 17th 2022 The only thing they could tell me is the cameras didn't work b*******

Great facility and location. I been renting since May 2019 and have never once had a problem. Highly recommend Fort Knox Storage! Also Raf, my servicing agent is very helpful and attentive with my account each month. Excellent choice

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORAGE UNIT. This company and the customer service process is unprofessional, time consuming and obviously a way to hide once they have your money. The place is a dump with NO SECURITY. We were told there was a manager on site(false); Given a code for main gate(gate broken) and initially given wrong code for assigned unit. When correct code finally determined and given- unit was ALREADY OCCUPIED!! We could have removed all someone else's contents(serious security issues).I have been trying to get my refund for weeks. They refunded only $28 of $108 owed when THEY BREACHED THE CONTRACT.BE AWARE pay a little more and get a reputable storage unit

I have been renting my unit for over two years. I love that I don’t have to check on my unit frequently I feel my unit is safe. They work with you at Fort Knox. So if you looking for a reasonable price safe environment this is the place for you.

I have not been able to get into my storage since sunday. Sunday I went there twice the third time l wasn't able to unlock my storage. I called monday to tell someone about the issue only got a rude agent who told me her name was elton like elton john. Ask could I speak with a manager she said she was the manager. I said ma'am no you are not. She just kept telling me the same things all over again that I had already done since sunday. Make sure the # are line up. Is someone there to help you no ma'am. I no longer needed the size storage I had I wanted to move my stuff out and get a smaller one. Now I had to pay rent again that o didn't need and I can't get or used it toward the storage I do need. What a waste of money. I spoke with two more agents the third one was rude as Well. When is someone going to come out and remove the lock or fix the problem? When is a manager going to call me? I will never move my belongings into a storage where there is no one in the office. Everything was okay when you could go and speak to someone directly. All this not having or not knowing who to call or contact is really nerve recking. Agents on the phone lying about who they are. I called this morning to speakers manager the agent said the manager name Amanda was helping someone else that she would return my call. This was 9am this morning haven't heard from anyone yet. Please don't waste your time at this place. I might have to get me a lawyer and take them to court..

Great Staff and even better units plus the ability to come 24/7 to access my unit is a great feature most places, I found out, do not have 24/7 access! The staff helped me sign up online for web pay on their website and I feel better knowing I don't have to go out of my way to drop off a payment.
