Ordered new S/S sink and paid for direct shipment to my residence. I was appalled at the condition it arrived in and had I been home at time of delivery I would have refused it based solely on condition of box. When I opened box the condition of the sink was even worse than the condition of the box it was in. There was absolutely no packing material in the box to protect the sink. The drains and baskets ordered with the sink were out of their boxes and loose inside the carton. Not likely I will ever order anything from Ferguson for home delivery again.

Very, very poor experience with Ferguson. It took two months to get my order received correctly. This was after multiple emails and multiple phone calls, many of which were not returned. Many order errors and then broken product being received and reported, only not to be reordered and committed. I even went to the trouble of emailing Alice the manager and never even heard back. I would NOT recommend doing business with Ferguson Bath and Lighting.

Did not want to even put a star but you cannot leave a review without one. Customer service over the phone is horrible. The women who answer the phone are very rude and hang up on you. Not very pleasant over the phone leads me to believe they would not be very nice in the store. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I just wanted some information and they acted like I was bothering them. I will be going somewhere else for my renovation needs.
