The female employee that works there is very lazy! My whole point of coming to the location was to get assistance with shipping. She handed me a card and told me to go on line to complete shipping. She watched me struggle with the website until it was time to close then finally decided to assist me with printing a label herself after almost 2 hours of being in the store! Not to mention she didn’t register my email for tracking. Now I have to provide a tracking number for the recipient to complete return and don’t have any records. Jackson horrible public services prevails again

Very poor customer service!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The employee there Jasmine was very rude. She lacks simple customer service skills.

They always play games. Multiple time my courier was missed by them and do not get the package on time. very disappointment with the service they provide.

1 starWhile I was talking the lady transferred me to go fed x line. Extremely Rude! My question was for this store location.She did not state her name when she answered the phone but she sounded like a young African American lady. This happened at approximately 2:30 PM on February 16.

I was in need of copies in a rush and the ladies(Yasmine & Michelle) working were able to help me within the half hour while also being SUPER nice and helpful. If they're like this with everyone, this store is very lucky.

They literally cut a whole in the box and took what’s inside. Service is horrible I wouldn’t trust these guys with any packages. If there was an option for 0 stars I would put it.

I had a poster size picture printed for my grandfather’s funeral. I specifically had it printed at the local office in Ridgeland, MS. I received a call from the Jackson office saying it has been shipped to the Jackson facility and that’s where I should pick it up. The lady also told me if I picked It up on Friday then i would be able to get it from the Ridgeland office. Sweet! I live out of state so I sent my sister the pickup the print. The Ridgeland office was closed and the Jackson office stated they didn’t have it. We decided to wait until Monday 6/15 bc we assume the Ridgeland office would be open. They stated they don’t have the print!! My sister only has 1 hour on her lunch break to pickup the print bc FedEx will be closed when she gets off work. I’ve called both office over 10xs and NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE! Very unprofessional locations! All I want to know is where is my print located? I would like a refund!
