Made a reservation online went to pick it up.They had no cars.Left stranded.They should of not shown cars available.

When I tried to pick up a rental car, they didn’t have a car even though I had a reservation. They didn’t know if I would get a car at the same date. Luckily I got the car after waiting two hrs.

Reservation... who cares. No cars available and we're TENTH in line. Unbelievable. Will be reporting this to Govt. Travel desk. Don't book through them! It was reserved for an 830 pickup and it's now 4pm. Nothing available
