The pharmacy techs are neck rolling, mistake making, unprofessional, rude, disrespectful individuals. After being rude for no reason, she discovered her mistake and acted as though she had done nothing wrong. The sad part of it all, she looks to be in her 40’s. Old enough to have some level of self control. I miss Walgreens. But my pharmacy benefits are tied to CVS???

I hate to even write this. This pharmacy is by far the worst I've ever been to. I went at 8;07 am so that I wouldn't get in the crowd. It took almost a hour. I understand that their were people from yesterday or the day before. I get it but I sat there and they did not care. It's such a lack of let's get people in and out. The sad part is they don't care. When you get to a point that you don't care about customer's then there is a problem. I'm not sure who the supervisor is for this pharmacy but they aren't doing a good job.

I normally like CVS but I'm extremely disappointed with the current customer service in the pharmacy department. Saturday, January 8th I called this CVS on Sunset in Jackson, MS and held on for 1 hr. I was checking on my prescription that was 1 week late and supposedly out of stock. I hung up and decided to.go in person the next dayI found the phone ringing with 2 people holding. I told the attending pharmacy person that no one picked up the phone yesterday.The pharmacy technician came up and found some of my prescription. The other person didn't even look. Then she got on.her cell phone will the calls kept ringing. Horrible customer service.

This pharmacy is awful. I work in a doctors office and you cannot get them on the phone. You have to wait 30 minutes with awful music on hold and eventually just hang up. On a personal note, I tried to call about a mistake I waited on hold for one hour and finally hung up. I tried going to the store for pick up and I stood in line for one hour and five minutes. I understand they are very busy especially with the Covid crisis but I work in a doctors office and we are very busy also. We do try to return patients calls in a timely manner.

I am very disgusted with the customer service I received yesterday. I am a dasher for Doordash. I walked in looking for items and asked the cashier if she could help me locate some items. She was rude and told me that I needed to find them myself because that is not her job to help me locate items. I was shocked because she was so rude. Then to continue to disrespect me by saying to her coworkers that my job as a dasher was bad. I will never go to that store again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No one answers the phone in the pharmacy nor the store. This makes no sense and I see so many negative reviews. Someone really needs to look into this. CVS as a company doesn't care because all the negative reviews and nothing has been done.

They should really close this CVS... it's not a REAL pharmacy... A real pharmacy answer the phone for sick people, real pharmacy has the meds in stock that sick people need.. I dont even wanna talk about courtesy, and the outside appearance is just scary and nasty... may I suggest to the CEO to use his or her cell phone, and make a call just to see if YOU can get them to answer.

I have a problem with calling pharmacy. You hold on for hours and no one picks up. I was given the wrong medication at pickup and when I got home and discovered the problem, no one picked up the phone to answer my questions.
