The manager Nadia was very informative. She gave excellent service, with a smile and laughter. Also, the customer service representative that worked with her on 1/13/2023 named Mike was just as good and informative as Nadia. They both deserve a raise or bonus. I was actually trying to switch to cricket to save some $$. I would rather keep paying more than deal with a company like this. Start off the sales lady at this store told me they were out of stock on the phones but to come back in after wed or thurs and they were getting a big shipment in. I made the 1/2 hour drive for a second time, to be told by another sales lady that they are still out, and never were going to get them in. Wish I could say that I had a different experience in the other cricket store I stopped at, but finally the 3rd was honest with me and said that they will be our for months.

Sam really took care of me!!! He showed me step by step on how to use my iPhone since I was coming from android. He explained everything on plans, prices, and promos. Great breakdowns he gave me, and took his his time with me. Very nice!!! He really knew his information unlike other crickets employees in the other stores and even acknowledged me while he was taking care of a customer.

My wife and I went in to check on changing our service, stood in the store for almost 20 minutes, no service. If my business is not important enough to at least ask me a few quick questions to identify my needs and point me in a certain direction, then I will go elsewhere.

Chris, Melissa an Dayana, muchas gracias for all your help in making it possible for my daughter to get the cell phone she really wanted. They went way beyond an with a great attitude an care. I was very impressed an very touched at how they helped us, nothing compared to the treatment we got at Cricket store in Brandon,Ms(they really didn't care or even tried to help us)Also kuddos for having Latinas that speak spanish, major plus an these ladies care about their jobs which i sincerely appreciate.

The clerks are never in the front and are always in the back talking and when you ask them a question they get attitudes especially the one with the pirate earrings. This location sucks we need the gm number.

This by FAR is the WORST STORE and customer service I have ever encountered. I have been in customer service for nearly 30 years and this girl NEEDS to be trained. The store was locked and then she showed up with lunch NO PROBLEM. But then she started to attack me because I asked her questions. After being of no help I leave out of the store to sit in my car to calm down. Low and bold customer after customer comes out the door talking her ATTITUDE. Whoever owns K and J Holding, LLC in Ridgeland Ms needs to check this girl before YOUR STORE CLOSED DOWN due to AWWWWWWWFUL customer service.
