Literally one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. Super sketchy parking lot, was approached by a person who proceeded to bang on the truck window demanding money, directly in front of the hotel. Staff member was nice enough but was very forthcoming on the bad parts of the hotel. We had two bikes with us so I requested a first floor room. Said “it may not look like it, but we are booked. And if you want a nice room, take the one I’m giving you on the third floor.” First red flag. He didn’t have me sign any documents or check my ID for the room either. And of course the elevators weren’t working. And then he proceeded to tell us not to use the back stairwell because someone(s) had peed everywhere in it. Ummm… gross. Our room was decently clean but obviously out of date, plus it was on the smoking floor when we had asked for a non smoking room. The hallway was dirty, lighting was broken or off, and it smelled like straight weed, watermelon vape juice, and old cigarette smoke. At least our room didn’t really smell. But the furniture was busted, the motion activated light was highly annoying, the walls were questionably stained, and we had NO towels in our room. When asked about that, the employee basically threw his hands up and said oh that’s not surprising of housekeeping, not even proceeding to offer us some. I was so confused and uncomfortable but didn’t have time to change hotels so late in the evening. The hotel gave off some bad vibes in general and we were happy to check out early. Will never ever stay there again. I would rather spend $200 on a room anywhere else. This hotel should not be associated with the choice hotels brand whatsoever.Rooms: Clean, yet clearly over used. Damaged furniture, stained walls. But the sheets and bathroom were clean, no towels.Safety: No safety measures whatsoever, we had someone bang on the window of our truck demanding money, right out in front of the hotel

Hotel is full roaches not enough breakfast for guest everything was just horrible. Prices very reasonable but the hotel filty.

This was the worst experience of my life. When we got there they didn’t have wifi. The two girls at the front were on their computers using the wifi and were basically clueless. There was red and brown stains on the towels we had in our room. It looked like blood and poop to me. The sheets had brown stains on them so we asked the man downstairs for new sheets. We opened up the “new” sheets and there was a bunch of human hair inside of it. Clearly they are not washing their sheets. The room was so humid it triggered my asthma. You are better off sleeping in your car then staying here. Interesting how they have so many bad reviews but don’t do anything about it. They only offer apologies instead of refunds.Rooms: Dusty

I had reasonable expectations for a 3-star, $50 interstate motel in central Mississippi. They were not met. The wifi is supposedly broken so we had to pay in cash and they couldn't print my receipt. Also, the room was suddenly over $60 despite my online reservation and credit card entry on the Choice website. There are roaches in the bathroom, the toilet is broken, there's no toilet paper. The carpet is filthy, bad stains and sticky everywhere. I was not expecting nice, but I will be happy to make it through the night without getting our car broken into and getting bedbugs.

I should be refunded for this stay and this hotel should be removed from the choice brand. It is completely unacceptable.We checked in; walked up three flights of stairs because the elevator doesn’t work. The hallways are like a dungeon dark and dirty. Trash piled up in the “vending area” We walked into a room that was already being utilized by someone else,We turned around and got the heck out of there; scent of marijuana throughout the establishment. Made it back to the front desk the clerk tells us there was no one in that room. We’re Like we saw them. So he gives us a first floor room….. absolutely awful. Broken shower that won’t drain, stained sheets; room smelled like feet; the carpet is outdated; severely stained and just filthy. the pool is green. There were bugs and absolutely no comfort no cleanliness. I was worried all night. It’s so many things wrong with this hotel.

The room was fine for a one night stay. Smell of weed was on every hall but thankfully not in our room. Common areas were not well air conditioned and were humid. Breakfast was decent. Elevator was out of service.

Roach infestation at this location. Caused me to feel uncomfortable and had to sleep in my U-Haul rental truck. The smell of the hotel is very old and stale. This place really needsRooms: Needs to be upgraded

absolutely disgusting hotel!! mold everywhere. floor was flooded from the ac leaking. could not sleep all night because the smell was horrendous but it was too late to get another booking elsewhere. this needs to be reported to the health department and shut down. owners should be in jail for selling rooms in this health hazard. 0 stars.

Carpet was wet. No elevators working. Roaches and the power went out. Had difficulty leaving the building. It's unsafe. I'm a senior citizen. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to my room. Then I had to go to the second floor to get out the building. Electrical doors had me locked in. Electricity went out after midnight. I want a refund. I have never had such a awful experience.

Rate is 0....Roach bug on the door to the room, big bags of trashs in the hallway - spoils and stain everywhere, pool is green, elevate does not work ? Tub did not drain. The worried hotel, I have ever stay in. People are living in the hotel as residents. NEVER STAY HERE. Only needed a night and arrive super late or I would have moved to another hotel.Pray management read this review!

Elevators are still closed, pool filled with swamp water, horrible smell in the hallways. The rooms were okay I guess. The surge protector of the toaster and waffle maker kept tripping. Pretty shady area too. Don't

Due to flight delays we were late getting to the hotel to check in with our previously made reservation. We called well prior to arrival to make sure they would be expecting us at which time they confirmed. We finally get there early in the morning this morning around 0130-0200 and the doors are locked. Buzzed and buzzed and buzzed...No Answer...We call and call and call...No Answer.. Talk about some of the worst service ever in my life with a Choice Brand Hotel with which I am a Platinum Privileges Member... They better be glad I was able to get my Choice Privileges Points back from Customer Service or I would rant on a lot more than this...Use caution at this hotel if you expect good customer service...Just sayin

The rooms were kind of run down. The air conditioner was very dirty and not clean at all. The tv cables were all taken out and we had to put them in for the tv to work. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the entire room. When we tried to call the front desk, the cord kept falling out of the phone. That's not good if there ever was an emergency. We took our kids to the pool and it's green water, so that's a no go. Cars were constantly going in and out of the parking lot, and I don't mean people coming and going due to traffic. We went to eat at a local restaurant and they warned us that this place was not the best place to stay. They told us "do NOT go out at night, keep all special belongings with you and take everything out of your car. They also said don't linger in the parking lot for too long."

normally don't write reviews but after driving 9 hrs we were greeted by someone being thrown out of the hotel. It appears they were living there. Undesirable people lurking around the front of the hotel. Employees or friends of employees smoking weed outside the main door. The roaches was the last straw. We were refunded our money but not before being ask for some of alcohol I brought in. I've never been as upset . All before 11pm

Please do not stay here. Seriously, don't. Pay the extra money for a Hilton or something like that. It's so gross. Smells terrible, gross breakfast and the shower in our room was clogged. Stayed at some gross hotels but I've never walked into one wondering whether or not it was actually cleaned. Yuck. Edit: finished this review before I saw our roommates all over the floor and counter when I walked back in. Had to add them into this review. Unbelievable lol.
